I have tested his loan version before and was excited: he is strong, fast, pretty good at defending and a real good passer.

Perfect attributes for a modern CDM.

But the price for the untradeable as well as the tradeable version is way to high for me at the moment.

So I went for the solution to get his left back version switching him at startup to CDM position.

Luckly this version is even faster as the prime one, where as shooting abilities dropped a bit.

For me he is not a scorer, but in almost every game he has most passes, interceptions and dribblings.

I often shoot from outside with power to let my strikers get the rebounds. That works really well.

The chemstyle I chose is shadow for that last piece of pace and interceptions. With his H/H workrate he is like a vaccuum cleaner in defense and the starting point of almost every attack.

I gave him instructions to man mark and stay back.

Before him I tried vidal and nainggolan, but they both lacked height.

In latest weekend league i went from 1:4 to 11:4 after buying him. Sadly i had no more time for more games. But next weekend is coming soon :)

First of all: HE IS AN ICON and he is AFFORDABLE (got him for 299k)

Physical attributes:

good height makes him strong enough
not too tall, so he is really agile and quick
his blonde long hair makes him directly visible in fast play styles (att+def)

very good allrounder

Excels at defense

I bought Petit for 416k just before his price dropped during the toty event.
