The Wonder of the Welshman

He is super fast, creative positioning wise, quite agile and has beastly shooting. What more could you ask for? For me, he is a left footed CR7 that obviously isn't as good in the air or strength-wise, but not too far off. He wins 9/10 headers and is fast enough to leave defenders for dead. With CR7, they have the perfect partnership. His low drivens and powered shots with the right foot never miss due to his shot power.

His ability to make runs in behind the defense are amazing (with "Get in Behind" enabled).

The only cons would be his strength and stamina. He is not a complete pushover like Messi, he can hold his own but can be pushed off the ball by strong defenders (only if they can catch him of course) and is only truly effective up until the 77th minute. But that is perfect for me since I put fresh legs on at that moment anyway.

Just face it, if you have around just under 1.4 million coins, there is no better striker on the left of a 4-1-2-1-2 for example. The next best striker would probably be 1.8 million or above.

With him on the team......elite is always the case on Weekend Leagues.

Terribly Disappointing

I packed this 90 overall Gareth Bale from an untradeable ToTW pack and was incredibly excited to try him out. He's a brilliant dribbler and passer, but that's honestly where the positives end. Bale literally is incapable of finishing simple goals and struggles to maintain possession if he comes into contact with a defender. I thought he would end up being a great card, seeing as how great he is in real life, in addition to the fact that he has great stats, but that's not the case at all. The 39 goals in 44 games may seem decent, but he should've scored AT LEAST 90. Avoid getting this card at all costs, even if you're a Gareth Bale ?fan.

Surprisingly, doesn't get injured often

With most chem styles, he will have 99 pace, but it feels more like 85-90 most of the time
Awful balance and struggles to maintain possession
His 83 strength (88 with hawk) feels much lower in game
Stamina can be an issue
3 star weak foot; he will NEVER score with his weak foot even from 3 yards out with an open net and he tends to use his weak foot often despite having the "Avoids Using Weaker Foot" trait
Nowhere near being clinical when it comes to finishing; he will hit the bar, hit a lucky fan in the 12th row, hit the goalkeeper's right ankle, hit the cameraman... literally will hit anything but the back of the net
