Due to the lack of MLS good players, I decided to start the MLS league SBC. Piatti seemed to have a good card to link with FB Ibrahimovic and Martinez.
And I can say it was a really good decision.
First, I don't use him as a winger, but as a central CAM in 4231, with Maestro chem style, to increase his long shots, passing and agility.
Pace : 8,5/10
Honestly, i'm suprised, he feels quicker than 81 pace, more like 85. And as a CAM it's more than enough. Maybe if you decide to use him on a wing you could use a hunter or catalyst chem style, it's all up to you, but trust me he feels surprisingly quick.
Shooting : 9/10
Ok, let's say it, he's just OP. With maestro chem style, he has 97 shot power with 93 long shot, and given that he has finesse shot trait with 87 curve, he's very good at any aspect of shooting, finesse shots with or without timing finishing, and strait long shots. Only con is heading ability, he just can't jump or score with headers, so I can't give him 10/10 about shooting.
Passing : 8/10
Good but nothing special, he hasn't missed many passes for me, but he doesn't feel special as someone like Pogba with long passes, so 8/10 seems to me the good rating to judge his passing abilities
Dribbling : 10/10
OMG. He feels soooooo good on the ball, maybe not as good as Neymar, but I'm really really impressed. His first touch is really good, he is so agile for a 5'11'' guy and has 5 stars skills. My second favorite skiller on the game, just after Neymar. He feels more agile than 88 Mbappé, I don't know why given Mbappé stats, but he's more agile, better on the ball. Dribbling is my favorite aspect of Piatti's card, really a fun card to skill with.
Defending : N/A
I don't ask him to defend, he stays forward, but he can sometime intercept balls as any player.
Physicality : 9/10
Not the best strength but 76 is not that bad compared to most of the good CAM of the game, I feel like it's hard to take him the ball maybe due to his 85 aggression, I don't really know. He can play 120 minutes with his 93 stamina.
Overall, I'm really happy with Piatti. He's very fun to to use, I just wait for more good MLS players to complete this team.
If you want him but you think the SBC is too expensive, don't imagine the sbc costs as much as futbin says. You have to take your time to complete him, wait for sbc's with electrum player packs or silver player packs as rewards (marquee matchups ...). Believe it or not, but after packs, it cost me absolutely NOTHING. And I only packed Naldo, a 81 IF and Asensio. But if you sell everything you pack, the SBC is not expensive at all, by now, a ton of non-rare Premier league players cost +1000 coins, I also packed a lot of silver players that I sold for good coins (eg: a 10000 coins Eredivisie player and some +5000 silver PL players). My advice is really to be patient, wait for squad battle rewards (a lot of silver players are packed) of sbc with electrum players packs reward. I also did the chinese SBC twice, and twice I made 30000 coins profit after packs, and more of them were silver packs, so be patient, don't rush the SBC and sell the silver players you pack, they can be really expensive.
