Stoichkov - The Gunslinger

Firstly, I do not know why people underrate this card; I have heard countless people harping on about how great Raul and Best's prime cards are, but never any praise about this man has reached my ears. This is an injustice. Best and Raul are not end game. If you want a player that can do what Best does, get Hazard. Raul alternative? Ronaldo, who can do everything Raul can and more for about the same amount of coins.

But Stoichkov is unique. He is incredibly fast; the 92 pace is not a lie. Couple that with his unusual strength and aggression, and you will truly have a player that can not only run and dribble past opponents but hold his own when coming into contact with the likes of top tier defenders, such as Ramos and Varane (he sometimes does get pushed off the ball by these players, but he always puts up a fight and wins them more often than not). Shooting is simply sensational with the left - it's up there with prime Raul. Shots with the right are also far better than one might think because his finishing is so high. Passing is superb.

So pace, physical, shooting, dribbling and passing are on a truly prime icon level... simply put, if he had slightly better stats (jumping, strength, pace, dribbling, etc.), he would be god-tier... he is just below that... and also he has this intelligence to makes runs and be in the right place for the finish - something which many players lack in abundance (makes runs like Aguero)

A bit on the short side, and 3 star WF... cons that are really not cons, as you can easily play around them, given all his pros (for instance, he has the intelligence to position himself in the box away from defenders, so that he does not need to be tall and out-jump them... he simply is in a location where the defender cannot reach him so that he can nod the ball into the back of the net)

I got Stoichkov thinking that he was going to be an amazing forward and my god was i right. I played him with a hawk which gave him 97 pace, 99 in every shooting stat aside from long shots as well as 88 strength and 99 aggression. The man is absolutely incredible... 67 goals in 41 games later he is my second favourite player behind Prime Best. He feels absolutely rapid, pace could be 199. His shooting is un-fucking-believab...

Amazing, but not so much coin worth

Very good card. I packed him so that is why im saying coin worth is high for this card. Worth it in different ways. Finishing is spot on. Outsides finess or power shot; makes no difference. You don't really need a striker with passing, but its good to have one. doesn't feel as fast as he looks card wise, but is still fast, don't get it wrong. He can hold up play, but doesnt have as much strength as his card says. Fells weak...

This is my second review on Futbin. I know Stoichkov isn't one of the most popular players in FUT, but he is so so good on this game. He's the best forward I've owned so far. I've used Aguero, Lewandowski, Neymar, 2IF Salah, Mbappe, Flashback Pato, Flashback Sturridge, etc... I put my entire team into his SBC. Including, UCL Firmino, Aguero, Kante, 2 IF Van Dijk, Varane, Rui Costa, IF Alisson, Futmas Alli.(all undtradable)...
