So, I was looking for a Midfielder to superlink with Alaba 89 and after trying quite some CMs, I thought I could give Thiago a try even if his stats aren't phenomenal for a center midfield on this FIFA. So I tryed his UCL card first and was really happy about his performances, I love this guy IRL so i was very satisfied.

But, I felt bad for not having compleated his Carniball SBC and was hoping he would get a TOTS card so his defense and shooting stats would be enhanced.

Not a week after that, he got that sweet TOTS Community card and I was already in love. Got him for 250K and tryed him right away.

What should I say, he is the Maestro of my team. He plays like Pirlo with Juventus. Sitting a bit low on the midfield, he is always there to Intercept or make the distribution.

His passing is amazing, really. In 30 games, I think I must have missed 3 or 4 passes with him ? Short Pass, Long Pass, doesn't matter. I'm comparing with my 96 Neymar who also has very nice passing stats but there is nothing to compare here, Thiago is much better in this area.

His dribbling is phenomenal. Once again I'm comparing with 96 Neymar and both are so so good at it but in a different way. Neymar has that fast dribbling moves when Thiago has those sweet precise and chill dribbling skills. He might not be strong but taking the ball away from him is very hard.

Defensively, his interceptions are OP, very good at it, his positionning makes it very good.

Pace is just what you need in the midfield, Physical is okay really, his skills and movement making up for it.

Shooting habilities seems amazing but to say the truth, he didn't score a lot at all although his longshot look very strong they would always miss the target by just a little. Maybe something that can be fix with chemistry style. By the way, i'm using him on BASIC chem style.

CONCLUSION : I love him, give him a try. I think I'll work perfectly with a second CM more aggressive and physical. Alaba 89 and him are a perfect duo for me.

Thiago "the maestro" Alcantara

Huge fan of him IRL so I decided to complete his sbc and try him out and he did not disappoint. The first thing you'll notice is his ball control and dribbling, his passing is amazing, creating a lot of chances (intercepting passes in the opposition half) and decent acceleration saw him skip past few defenders. Shooting in all honesty is inconsistent and 3*wf also did hinder the card a bit.

Really clinical in the box, passes and through balls are perfect. The only better player is James Rodriguez but Thiago is excellent value for 10k (at time of writing). Definitely recommend him for a Bundesliga team. Rodriguez compliments him well.

Undercover Gem

I honestly didn't expect a lot when I first bought him considering his stats and stamina, and also because I was going to use him as a CDM alogside Saul.And I only got him for chemistry reasons at first but then he became one of the most important team members for me.His passes are perfect almost everytime. Has great vision,curve,short and long passing stats. His interceptions with shadow are seriously good.
