Mental.

I used him in a squad with the Future Stars Eder Militao and TOTY Neymar (4-5-1 but switched to 4-1-2-1 (2) IG) and he played like Neymar but as a left-back with, obviously, less shooting capabilities. His dribbling , passing and defending are all exceptional. I find him the best LB on the game with TOTY Marcelo but better at defending I can barely find any faults with this card though.

Defending, Dribbling, Sprint Speed, Stamina are truly exceptional. There is hardly anything wrong with this card and with an Anchor Chemistry Style, he is immaculate.

Height

Maybe Strength? Put a Chem Style like an anchor and it will boost his jumping to 91 and his strength to 85 as well as an acceleration boost, not necessarily needed unless you are playing tough opponents with rapid players often.

Maybe Price for a fullback he is expensive but if you have coins, he is 100% worth it

Alex Sandro is a God.

I had originally obtained Alex Sandro from a player pick pack during the Headliner Card promo, and can say he is by far the best LB I have used in Fifa 19 thus far. Alex Sandro is a player who when given a shadow chemistry style gets boosted up to 99 pace, 96 defense, and 86 physicality. He has no trouble catching up to/dealing with fast forwards such as Neymar, or Mbappe. He is a monster in the back, with 95 stamina he will easily last you a full 90+ mins. Sandro is a very well rounded LB and has no trouble moving forward or backward down the line. For all of you looking to sweat and cross, he contains 90 crossing with 84 curve, fantastic for a fullback. Sandro also contains beautiful links considering he is on Juventus and is Brazilian. I personally use Sandro in a 4-2-3-1 along with Sergio Ramos, Prime moments Blanc, and Aurier who are all well rounded defenders with decent speed. I have never seen Sandro let me down, and I cannot see him doing so in the future. As for wether this card is worth it over the SIF, he contains 1 less pace, 1 less defending, and 1 less physicality. For a 300k difference I don't know if I could justify the investment of a possibly future inform to boost him again.
