After I had used the normal version of Umtiti in FIFA 19, I decided to go for his sbc, though I hadn’t the coins to complete his SBC. So after the rewards I completed him and he has been a beast for me. Actually one of the best defenders I have ever used. He is pretty fast and agile for a center back, which is great, but he has also great jumping and heading accuracy, these 4 stats make him very useful and extremely annoying for the opponent. His defending (with sentinel) makes him impeccable. The only bad thing about him is the SBC, it’s extremely expensive, especially the silver players that are needed for this SBC. I also think that EA should have given him a bigger upgrade than this, as he’s been injured for almost the whole season and it's very unlikely that he will receive an IF or other special card. I have used many center backs this year, including 87 Umtiti, SBC Skriniar, Prime Nesta, Otamendi, Sánchez, 86 Sokratis and 84 Izzo. I’d say he’s easily better than all of them, except maybe Prime Nesta.
