92 - Flashback SBC
El pistolero villa is back! he is just awesome! You can call him an icon! And he is also very cheap.he scored me 13 goals and 2 assist in 11 games! his height isn't really a problem because of the 94 jumping. way better than my old striker Griezmann.

Like many people,i lost the fun of Fifa 19 gameplay,so i decided to do an sbc wich is not that popular:Flashback David Villa.I have to say that he brings back the fun of scoring a lot of goals.Literally every sweaty tryhard plays drop back and it's very hard to get trough the defense, but David Villa is very fast, agile and can pass suprisingly well so you get past defenders easily.
Altough he is not that tall and strong his positionning is amazing and combined with very good heading accuracy he scores a lot of crosses too.Long story short he is just an amazing shooter and clinical finisher. He isn't a real META player but he'll score a lot of goals.

II Remember using David Villa's 83 rated card back in FIFA 13 when I was trash at the game. He was amazing for me back then and this flashback card is like the best card I've used all game. I sit him upfront in the 4-2-3-1 behind 3 CAM's and he has scored 22 goals in 15 games and 4 assists. Really was good value for money for me as i used a lot of Untradeable special 86 rated's which were meh in game and this card is a definite UPGRADE! It seems that whenever he shoots 1 on 1 it goes in or whenever he shoots anyway it pretty much goes in. High / Low is a massive help and obviously his 5* WF also. I used the Marksman Chem style and he is a beast. Best shooting I've used all game. He even strengths some players off the ball with the added PHY stats from Marksman! :o a must get whilst you still can!
Shooting is mad
Pace
Strength is better than you think
If he can head the ball it probably will go in
Dribbling is also quite mad
Passing is lit

yes. He is terrible to link. "only 88 pace." Let me just tell you a story then ladies and gentleman. David Villa is insane. He's different than flashback rooney or ibra or torres. I promise. I had all of them and David Villa is just different. He comes up with the clutch goals. He comes up with 35 yard snipes. David Villa is worth it in every sense. He plays way better than prime crespo. He's basically optimus prime rttf Ben Yedder, and we all know how stupid lit that yedder is. Anyways, Villa has a nasty shot. 5 star weak foot. He dribbles like Greizmann. He's pretty fast. Probably felt faster than Fernando Torres flashback. Oh yeah. He's miles better than Torres. DW about that. This guy will change games for you. Get him now.

I am writting this review for people to make an idea of just about how good David Villa Flashback is. When I grew up David Villa was a player I really enjoyed watching when he was at Barcelona. His pace, finishing, positioning were brilliant, it was a joy watching him play. Well, I must say, this Flashback David Villa isn't any different from how he was IRL during his prime time. For about a reasonable price, you get a brilliant card that is definitely a gamechanger, at least for me. To add a bit of context, I did the sbc friday evening as soon as it dropped. I didn't play a single game of rivals or squad battles to get used to the card. I fit him straight in my team and started playing my WL matches. Villa and Podoloski are replacements for Firmino and Aguero(which are known to be pretty good in this game), so the 2 new faces had some high expectations to live up to. And must I say, David Villa alone counts twice as much as Aguero and Firmino togheter. I started playing this FIFA on the 12th of February(I did play before from FIFA 12 to FIFA 16 but I quit it) so the WL was kinda unknown territory for me. Since I played FIFA before I caught up to the gameplay pretty quickly and in my first weekend league I finished 18/12( Gold 2). In fact, every single weekend I finished Gold 2 with either 17 or 18 wins. Untill now. I've played 30 games with David Villa(all of my weekend league matches of the 22th march- 24th of march weekend competition) and I must say I am beyond impressed I finished 23/7 which is a massive boost from the usual of what I've finished before. And David Villa carried me so hard. If there's a played I would compare this David Villa to it would be Messi(normal card) Fanatastic pace, shooting, ball control. Both are short so you wouldn't expect the to win headers. The only difference is Villa's passing which is significantly worse than Messi, but the extra Stamina, better workrates and 5* weak foot I think make up for it.
- Pace - I use an engine chemstyle on him, and I must say, he feels so much quicker than he seems. People just don't expect it. He catches a lot of the balls that seem impossible to get to. He glides past defenders like Varane as if they're bronzes with 25 pace. Impressive
- Shooting- Nothing much to say here. Not using a chemstyle to boost shooting, because it's already impecable. He scored all kinds of goals: power shots, low driven, volleys, outside the box finesse shots(he scores like 8/10 finesse shots he takes which is remarkable since it's not finesse meta anymore). I usually time the shots but they're cases where I just don't. It doesn't matter for David Villa. Timed or not timed, he will score anyway. He is always in the right place at the right time.
- Dribbling- With the engine chemstyle, his dribbling becomes phenomenal. It's so hard to disposses him, he always keeps the ball so close to his feet, and he turns so swiftly even though his agility is only 84(with the chemstyle boost).
- 5*/4*- This is really important as a striker( at least for me) cause I am abusing the overpowered tehnique: la croqueta and power shot. David Villa is great at that. Honestly I sometimes felt like his left footed shots were better than his right footed ones. Deadly around the box.
- Stamina- You may think that 83 stamina is a little on the low side but trust me, it's more than enough. I set my striker to come back and help defense, which he does, and yet not a single time he was tired and had to sub him off. Even in the matches that go to extra time, at the end of the 120 minutes his stamina is still at around a quarter.
- Passing- You definitely need to boost his passing with a chemstyle because it average without and only about decent with the chemstyle(unless you apply something like a Catalyst, Deadeye, Artist or Powerhouse). It's still not bad don't get me wrong but it's not impecable. He missed quite a few through balls, but you wouldn't really expect from your striker and goal scorer to be a mastermind a creator. That why I persoanlly use Reus the 88 CAM Figo, to feed through balls to him so he can score them.
- Height- In the somewhat crossing meta this might be an issue for some, but it isn't for me as I play 4-1-2-1-2 narrow and I rely on scoring through the center and not through crosses. But don't expect him to win many headers cause his height doesn't help him. But be sure that he can still win them(decent jumping), and if he wins them he scores them(really good heading accuracy), it's just not a guarantee such as for Flashback Ibra for example.
- Defending- Not much to say here as you wouldn't expect a striker to be good defensively.
