First of all, i must say i was really hoping for a tots Belotti after playing with this version because of how broken the card would have been.
TIF Belotti is your perfect number 9: he is quick (not extremely though), strong and clinical.
I used him as a lone striker in my 4231 and as a second striker in a 41212. I'll say it's preferable to have him lonely at the top since his passing isn't really that amazing.
Belotti shines when the ball needs to go in the back of the net: his 5 star weak foot means he can finish with both feet and his stats make him an amazing header (i'll go as far as to say that he is the best header i tried this year). His phisicality is also really good and permits a great shielding of the ball from the number 9.
In conclusion, if you need an italian striker or a serie a one i think you should get this guy if you fancy a heading base attack, if you prefer a quick striker i would suggest ffs Cutrone instead.
