Where do I even start??? This card is easily one of the better wingers in the premier league and if you can do him for under 150k you have to go for it.

Pace: This card is RAPID. In open space there are not many faster cards than him. With 99 acceleration and 93 sprint speed Fraser just glides across the pitch

Shooting: Fraser has some fantastic shooting on him. With 94 finishing he does not miss much in front of goal and with 96 curve finessed shots are simply brilliant. The only downside is 82 shot power which can make long shots a bit harder to score although he does have 94 long shot as well which is always a plus

Passing: In my opinion the best thing about Fraser is his passing. It is so so so so good. His crosses feel like they are put on a silver platter by none other than Gordon Ramsey and with a card that has 99 crossing it is to be expected. He will not make a bad pass ever.

Dribbling: He feels so silky smooth on the ball it is amazing. He can stop on a dime and with 99 agility and 99 balance he just does circles around defenders. The obvious downside to the card is that it does't have 4 star skill moves but if you know which skill moves to use like body feints and step overs he is still very use full

Defending: Does it even matter?!?!? He tackles alright that's about it.

Physicality: Well to begin he is not a very tall player so his 90 jumping is very much useless and he isn't very strong as well so try not to get into many duels with outside backs in shoulder to shoulder. He does though have 99 stamina which he will easily last all of the game including extras.

I played him as a CF in 14 weekend league games and 1 Div 3 Rivals match. In the weekend league, he scored 27 in 14 games with 12 assists. I won 12 of the 14 games and made Gold 2.

His pace and change of pace are both unreal. He can shoot with both feet and score absolute screamers from in and around the edge of the box. In fact, that's where most of my goals were scored. Fraser also scored nearly every type of goal for me (Except for a volley). He scored a chip, finesse, outside the boot, a free kick, and even a near post weak foot screamer from distance. You name it.

But it's not just the finishing. Fraser is so versatile and can play any position . He can drop into midfield, go out wide, or lead the line. His positioning is great and he makes some great runs into space. His link up play and vision are extraordinary. He can find the forward in the dark and he set up my flashback Rooney for some wonder goals and volleys.

If you enjoy making the opponent miss with quick turns, he is the PERFECT player. He can change direction on a dime and the ball is glued to his feet when running at the defense.

His only flaws are his strength and inconsistent first touch. If you're shoulder to shoulder with the defender, he will get bodied. However, if Fraser is a shoulder in front, his 97 aggression and 99 acceleration will allow him to break away. Fraser also tends to push the ball a little far from his body. It can be frustrating, but his 99 acceleration gets him right back to the ball in no time.

Overall, if you're looking for massive value in the premier league, this is your guy. He's not a big name. He's not super flashy. But he is extremely effective and fun to use.

What can we say about our little Scottish friend Ryan Fraser? The rather tiny left-winger from Bournemouth certainly has some standout stats, and some standout problems, but nobody is perfect really, so don't be mean. Seeing his card, it wasn't love at first sight. I didn't get him instantly, but waited a few days to see if any other good premier league TOTS would be released (there were none.) So I completed him for around 50k, a bargain in my opinion. His 99 AAB rating (acceleration, agility and balance) is one of the best in the game, which of course you would expect from someone who is 163cm. I'm 172cm, and I feel pretty small, but he is absolutely tiny; although saying that, who's better off in life - he's a professional footballer, and I'm a FIFA addict from London about to start (and probably flunk) A Levels. If you like small, pacy, agile players, like me (having a front three of Mane, Salah and EOAE Ribery), then Fraser ticks all the right boxes. As a cheeky CAM in 41212(2), his bags of pace, incredible positioning, 94 finishing, 4* weak foot and 99 stamina means he will be darting through the middle of the opponent's defence all game long, and nobody, I mean NOBODY, not even CB Walker or TOTY Varane will be able to catch him. He's like a Lamborghini with his 0-100mph acceleration, and strikes fear into all defences when he appears in that starting XI. Ok yes, his 52 strength is awful, but Neymar has 49 and he's one of the best players in the game! Don't look too far into that.
