OK... This card might seem disappointing especially the pace. However, that doesn't matter all. He is best played as a CDM staying at the back or a CAM staying forward. That'll make you realise that his pace isn't an issue. In fact his other stats are a huge offset to his pace. Trust me, he is better than you think. The best part is that the card is one of the cheapest high rated TOTS in the game. He is always making all the accurate passes. He is basically the "pivot" in my team.

Set piece! - His ability to take corners and free kicks are insane!
Defending - His interceptions and standing tackle is actually pretty good! it would be even better with the right Chem Style of your choice.
Strength - He is one of the strongest midfielders I've played with. He is able to push off defenders and win the duel.
Shooting - His long shots are OP.
Curve - He can literally shoot from anywhere outside the box and curl the ball right into the top corner
Passing - He has one of the most accurate long balls I've ever seen in FIFA
Stamina - He doesn't die out easily so he is able to last the full 90 Minutes.

Jumping - He couldn't really win headed duels but due to his height and strength, sometimes he is able to win it. Not all the time though.
Pace - As mentioned, its best when he isn't running around. Make him stay central off the pitch so that he can pass to anyone easily. Make him the "pivot".
Dribbling - His dribbling seems a bit awkward though. he is definitely able to beat defenders with his dribbling but he seems a little wonky when he dribbles.
