I brought Wijnaldum pre release (Web app) and begrudgingly paid around 5000 coins for him.
WHAT A BUY.
As you can see all of his face stats are 70+ and he really does live up to it.
It's quite hard trying to write an interesting review based on a Centre Midfielder but i feel anyone that is considering buying him should do so immediately.
You can play him anywhere central, CDM, CAM, CM his stats are just that well rounded.
Attacking:
Wijnaldum has great composure, last few minutes of the game 2-2 or 2-1 down etc. He will not bottle a 1 on 1 chance or edge of the box long shot which is something I've noticed a lot of players don't have.
One of my favourite things baout Wijnaldum is he waits on the edge of the box if you have a corner, there's nothing better that the defender clearing your cross and having the ball go straight to Wijnaldum 20 yards out because he WILL score.
One on one finishing seems pretty standard.
Wijnaldum's passing is incredible, especially with a chemistry style such as Catalyst. With his very quick feet you can create some lovely 1-2 passes with the Striker/Wingers.
Defensive:
Again, nothing bad to say really.
Wijnaldum is a great tackler, he genuinely gets the ball after making a tackle, something that see,s to be difficult in this FIFA title.
Very rarely does my opposition catch with with a counter attack due to Wijanldum and i think this is due to his H/H workrates. Earth is covered 71% by water, the rest is covered by Gini Wijnaldum.
The only negative i have with Gini and his defending is his height, 5' 9 isn't really ideal for a defensive midfielder unless you're N'Golo Kante, due to his height it can be difficult to win headers for an opposition goal kick.
Overall he's definitely one of my favourite midfielders I've ever used in FIFA and i can say he will definitely remain in my team for a very long time.

I knew he would be solid. But he ended up saving me in the WL several times. I was impressed with him and if you need a good CM get him.
Workrates - as i am running a 4-4-2 i want my cm's everywhere. He does this with his HH workrates.
Stamina - I have him running around and he doesnt need to be subbed until Extra time. perfect.
Shooting - i was impressed with his shooting. He scored a few important goals.
Dribbling - with the engine his dribbling is close to special. He is great and very responsive.
Passing - Good passing. Has the range of long and short.
Defending - he hasn't got the best defending but as an all rounder it is extremely passable. He is solid.
Pace - As a CM he has very solid pace. Can get up and down the pitch without issue.
Height - He is a bit short so will miss out on headers.
Physical - outside of his stamina his physical isn't amazing. Though he feels better than the card suggests.
Jack of all trades - Like i said he is solid at everything. Great dribbling but all else is Good, above average. Nothing extraordinary going for him which means for each individual job someone else could do it better.
