It's about time he gets the review he deserves. milinkovic savic is one of the best midfielders in the serie a, especially for his price range. he has good stats all round, 6'3" with 85 jumping and 86 heading accuracy, good strength, 90+ in key stats of passing, dribbling and shooting with maestro, also 77 defending which is usable for both CAM and CM.

i have him, ucl allan cdm and nainggolan rcm to form arguably the best midifield trio you can get for max 100k. (little excursus: him and nainggolan are game changers, with them you feel like you have a strong powerful midfield, i recommend both). i like to have a defensive minded mid, a box to box mid and a more offensive mid. savic is the offensive one, with a huge contribution of 3 goals and 6 assists in 8 games. not only that, but he is the first player i try to force the ball to when i gain possession back, because he's more than capable to hold it with his physique, dribble past players and pick a good pass. around the box he's very dangerous, with 4*4* allowing him to be more unpredictable because he can skill through a defender or score a longshot/pick a pass with either foot. he's specifically good in a central formation to pick a pass through midfielders on the run of the overlapping fullbacks (i have florenzi and IF ghoulam). the only three problems i can think of are low pace, low agility and somewhat low stamina for extra time games, other than that, he's pretty much a beast as CM and i'd say he'd be great at CAM since he can perform as a pivot with his aerial dominance

Height and aerial dominance: there's almost no midfielder who competes with him, he has won every single one

4*WF: it makes him unpredictable because he can pass and shoot pretty dang well with either foot.

Passing: 90 vision, 95 short passing, 90 long passing. he barely misses any pass, are they long, short, throughballs, over-the-tops

Dribbling + 4*SM: despite the low agility which can be an issue if you're trying to skill through defenders in or around the box, his dribbling feels very smooth because of his very high ball control and dribbling which lets him breeze through players with or without skill moves. his strength will occasionally make up for his low agility because he'll just resist and shrug off the opponent's defender.

Shooting: he's the scorer of screamers: even though this game is all about finesses, with him you can get nostalgic and blast a straight far post longshot with either foot so powerful it would break the net if it was a real net. he's hit the bullseye three times for me, and every single one of them was a power long shot, two with the right foot and one with the left foot.

Strength: he's no akinfenwa, but you ain't pushing him off the ball easily

Low agility: he's 6'3" so it's natural to have low agility, but 71 is low nontheless and, if you have players such as gomez or mertens in the squad like i do, you'll feel a big difference in how you dribble.

Low pace: 69 is low. you don't need to run too much with him but you can't ask him a run and expect him to reach the throughball 10/10. he should be the one who you give the ball to and then procede to create, so you don't need pace. but let's face it, the more pace you have the better it is so yeah his pace is a con

Stamina in extra time: 90' he's almost always fine, more than that he starts to struggle
