Belotti is the perfect striker if you need goal in your team. His shot and his agility make him a very dangerous player inside the box. Is like a strong Ben Yedder. Then i am going to make a review of all the stats of the card. (All the matches were on Division Rivals and WL).
Pace: He is not Mbappé but he has enough pace for a striker. I put engine on him and he always wins runs against fast CB because of his strenght and balance.
Shot: Probably the key stat. He score every shot inside the box with both legs (5* WF). He is an absolutely monster. The only problem is the finesse shot outside the box because he doesnt have a good long shot (75) and a good curve (78) but this is not a problem for me because i need a killer.
Pass: Surprisingly he has a very good short pass and a good vision in game. He can combinate perfectly with my wings and my other striker but i recommend to have him near a player with good pass stats. Long pass are not good but this year L1+triangle are not a good choice so not a problem.
Dribbling: He is a very good dribbler inside the box because he has a very good agility for his height. You combine that with his balance and feels very quick. Maybe another issue is that he has 3* skills but for me it's OK because this year WF is more important than SM for strikers.
Defense: Here im only going to say that his work rates (High/High) are not an issue if you put the correct instructions.
Physical: Perfect in every stat. A lot of strength and agression and a good stamina.
This is only my second review on FUTBIN, but I thought it may be useful to review his card now as a means of helping those who are unsure with regards to their level 30 selections. Please note that I cannot say what he is like in comparison to Fred and Carrasco, and that the attached squad is ingame. To start with everyone is on 10 chemistry bar Souza, who is on 8. Please also note that I was unable to alter the stat rating sliders, so I shall put it here.

Belotti feels smooth, despite his incredible strength and relatively low agility and balance. He is almost impossible to brush of the ball and creates a great hold-up striker. He isn't just one-dimensional though, being able to make smart runs in behind the opponents backline as well. He has deceptive pace, which can be easily improved with a chemistry style as well, although that isn't necessary. His shooting is second to none, he won't miss a chance in the box and also has great shots from outside and the edge of the box. Finally, while not perfect, his passing is still fully useable. While it is obviously unimportant for his position, his physical presence makes him able to win the ball back.
There aren't too many cons for Belotti, but the one minor imperfection is his mid to long range passes getting misplaced occasionally but that is not the be all and end all.
Thanks to this quarantine I discover this beautiful player. From the beginning he surprised me in positive, he started to score a lot of goals in few games. Shooting is perfect and with 5*wf he doesn't miss a shot. I think he is already fast, maybe his physical attributes aren't so good in game, in fact, so much defenders stopped him with their physic. Before him I tried Lautaro Martniez 87 and Mertens 89 TOTGS and he is so much stronger than them, maybe Mertens is more agile. The defense workrate isn't a problem as so many people said. Belotti is simply magnificent.
This card is insane in game, I have used his normal card and it was stiff but this card is on another level. He is as smooth as butter on the pitch and glides past the defence. I had doubts about this card but i have no regrets of picking it. His shooting is on point and never lets me down in the box. his pace isn't overly impressive but it is no disadvantage to the card.

So I wanted to wait until I played WL with him to be able to judge him a little bit better. Now I've played 10 games in WL and he scored 16 goals and has 4 assists in a 433(4). Instructions to get in behind. Let met tell you this, I tried every Serie A striker under 1M coins and I haven't found one I was really happy with. For the majority of Fifa20 I played with Rebic, and then Futmas Rebic as my striker and he did well. But Belotti is on another level. His shooting is out of this world, he makes the correct runs, always finds himself some space, can shield the ball, can dribble and with Engine (that's what I gave him) he has a decent pass aswell.
What can I say, I completed the season and took him immediately and stuck him straight in a team that was at the time 3-2 in FUT Champs. He scored two or more a game for about 10 games in a row, which considering that he was paired up with prime Raul was pretty insane. I ended up narrowly missing out on Gold 1 that weekend, finishing 19-11.

I put a hunter on him making both his pace and shooting unbelievable. He has netted 186 in 179 games in total, which includes 90 FUT champs games
Dribbling 8/10
His dribbling is as good as it needs to be for him to keep the ball when he needs to and for him to get half a yard on defenders inside the box.
Physical - 9/10
He rarely gets pushed off the ball by defenders unless its someone insanely strong like a van Dijk or Flashback Boateng.
Passing - 4/10
The only flaw I have is that his passing is sometimes absolutely horrendous, but then I never really need to pass with him anyway cos his shooting is so phenominal.
If you have this man in your club somewhere, I highly recommend finding a way to fit him in your team cos he is the best goalscorer I have used all year.
I used Belotti in a 4222 with messi and him at strikers. Normally, Messi would be the one assisting Belotti, but actually, Belotti made 9 assists in the 5 games I played with him, he passes the ball amazingly. HIs 88 short pass with an engine feels muche better. Belotti made very good runs and out muscled militao, laporte and varane, so his pace is enough with 92 from engine, and physical is perfect. The biggest if in this card is his dribbling, and he is very agile, he makes great turns and does not feel clunky at all. And I don't have to talk about his shooting, it is absolutely incredible, 10 out of 10 shots in good angle inside the box will be goals. If you haven't got yet to level 30, and this beast fits your team, I recommend you to choose him before Fred.
