hes a good solid cm his passing is great and he's also good at winning the ball back. he is also great at starting the attack and can even go forward and put out some good assists. he is also a great dribbler and is fun with the 5 star skills
So I needed a new CDM next to my McKennie and I saw that Eggestein had really well rounded stats for that. After the first few games playing him on stay back I decided to push him up a little further. That just changed everything. He just runs up and down the pitch, making great passes in offense and also scoring bangers while clearing out the defense like its nothing. This man can do everything.
I currently use anchor on him but I bet he's also amazing with engine or even hawk or hunter (if used more offensive).
So if youre looking for a box to box player from the bundesliga give him a try. He's awesome for that price imo.
I used IF Goretzka before but sold him because there was just "something" missing. Eggestein has that "something" that I felt was missing.
