Very unique card but exhausting to play with

Pop quiz! 90th minute and you have one last chance to score. Who do you want on the ball? Answer ... not this guy. He's clunky and clumsy, and that 93 composure goes to waste in clutch moments because he's rarely in the box. After 45 games in the midfield he has yet to score a long shot for me because they all get blocked. Part of this is just the game this year, but it's also due to his poor dribbling which allows your opponent time to read the play.

I played the first 16 games with engine (passing was incredible!) however there was a noticeable drop-off in defense when compared with Allan. Some of the time the game was just passing him by like he was stuck in 1970, despite proper instructions and in game stats for days.

Next I switched him to a shadow with aggressive interceptions to get him more wins, and I took off stay back to get him more involved in the build up. With shadow his passing is still very good (not incredible), but he can't pull off a roulette without losing the ball (a simple ball roll is 50/50), and you can forget about shielding. More than playable, but impact for the coins? Nope.

This guy is easily the best icon for <950K I have ever used. He is amazing. He plays so much like Gullit for fraction of the price. The high/high work rate just means he is everywhere on the pitch.
