I went on a pack binge a couple of weeks ago after totally bombing on WL. I was fortunate to get a lot of great cards and could afford to reconstruct my team. Ben Yedder has been crushing me constantly in WL and I needed to try him out. He cost me only 200 k because of the binge. I would not have done it otherwise. Too much money IMHO for a player like him, even though he's OP

I played with him now both online as well as offline and have tried him in different positions (ST/CF/ST/CAM mostly). I played 4-3-3 (5), 4-4-1-1, 4-1-2-1-2 narrow as well as 4-2-2-2. He seems most free to roam when he's alone upfront. I tried linking him with Suarez in a 2 ST formations as well as with Icon Kluivert but not successfully. I'm thinking of selling a couple of players and go OP with regular Mbape just to see what he's about when perfect chemistry.

Now. Do I rate him? So so. I don't necessarily rate pacey strikers in a CF role and rather use a Suarez type in that position. However, Ben Yedder is extremely god and lethal when given space. However, If you play pacey CB's like Van Dijk against players that actually can play he vanishes pretty much. But given one second around the box and its a 90% probability that he scores. His long shooting ability not the best so it's usually a finesse shot.

STAMINA - dies around 65 minutes. (I have him set on stay forward...as little defensive help as possible)

Embarrassed to use him

I hate people who use Ben Yedder. Despise them to the highest degree. But if you cant beat em join em. After taking a nearly lethal amount of valium I managed to bring myself to buy this card. And obviously he was insane. It pains me to talk about this virtual fifa terrorist in a positive light but I almost shed a tear as he tapped in a 5th sweaty in a WL game and did the dab celebratio...

As good as I expected

Ben Yedder's POTM card is certainly not cheap, he is around 650K from scratch. He cost me about 400K using cards in my club. I think the value for money is average, his OTW is around 100K less and is 2 ratings lower. It's not a bargain nor is it a rip-off.I imagine the player that he will be compared to most is ...
