Solid defender

It all started when I decited to go for the icon pack, which costed 9 icon swaps. I got Ian Wright, so that grind was wasted. With 15 icon swaps left, my options was between Kaka or Maldini. Since I already got Socrates at cam, and needed a cb, I decited to do Maldini. Overall, Maldini is a solid player. His 95 defending is on point, and therefore he wins a lot of 1v1 duels. His pace and physicality was a bit low, so I decited to give the chemistry style: Anchor. With anchor, he feels fast and much stronger. Therefore, I can clearly recommed you to do Maldini in icon swaps. Because he is a real fighter in the defense. Based on it is a free card, if you want to grind, he is a real beast!

13 tokens is he worth the grind ?

You open the Icon Swaps tab and you see Maldini for 13 tokens... you come back to the last page and yes ... Price icon pack is only 9 tokens. Then you see Kaka for tokens and asking yourself if you should go for Kaka + icon pack or Maldini + icon pack.Let me tell you. Pure dissapointment

Skipped fifa 16-19 due to work and came back in fifa series in march of 2020. I needed cb and took maldini for 13 tokens. On low level he was quite good but i didnt feel that he was the person i need. By may i started regularly taking gold 2+ in wl and could afford try out maldini with different good cbs like smalling, ramos and so on. And during this wl (took gold 1) i came to conclusion that its not 92 rating and mb 75. ...
