A few words before the actual review
I know its already expired, but i am writing this review in behalf to change those players mind whom could use him but they dont. I want to clarify that i am a standard G2 player not a hardcore glitch/ game weakness abuser. So if you are still want to continue to read the article, thank you.
This card is one of the best RB that i have ever used in this game. Ive tried NIF Semedo / Walker and a few other good wing backs, and this card beats them easily. In the first few games it seemed he cant catch up to the opponents players, but after a dozen matches it worked pretty well. When i thought he is out of position and he dont make the interception, he did. He is a well rounded in defence/ dribbling stats, i didnt want to waste a shadow of him, so i used an anchor. Maybe a sentinel also do the job, but a guardian done an insane upgrade in his stats. I still wanted to max out the pace to make him fast as possible.
I played him in 8 chem because of the nation, but when FUTMAS Boulaya came out it pretty much make sense to use him with Atal. Unfortunately ( for the Boulaya) i have the Storyline Gelson Martins, which is crazy. - I think i will write a review on him someday then i paste the link here -
In Attack:
Atal could rapidly break into the midfield without any hasitation or losing the ball, but be careful due to the lower composure if you dont have a clear pass, its not worth it. 4 star SM makes harder to take away the ball from him and the passes with his 5 star weak foot are precise. I am not much of a crosser, but the ones that i did through the one side from the midfield to the other were very good, however the early crosser trait could be helpful if you are one.
In Defence:
Thanks to his pace this players always disturb the opponent gameplay (at least), and because his decent stats in the physical section he could keep the ball a while after a successful tackle and lead the other players attack to your favour. The stand tackles are amazing. When he catches up, he needs only a few moments beside the opponent player, and bumm, the ball is yours. I didnt noticed the slide tackles so outstanding, because i am usually not doing them.
Conclusion:
If you have and you can put him in your squad, do it. This card is the most well rounded (in the needed stats for a RB) that i have ever seen this year.

- Weak Foot / Skill Moves wombo combo
- Well rounded / great with the right chemistry style
- Height
- Tricky to link without icons due to the nation (FUTMAS Boulaya / Mahrez could be helpful)
- Not an incredible game changer, but noticable
Atal is my favorite player this year. I've played about 150 games with his IF and as soon as his futmas came out I completed the sbc. I start him as a RB with 10 chem (with a deadeye) and when the game starts I put him into the left cdm in my 4-2-3-1 where he plays next to Kanté. Last year I was lucky enough to pack Gullit in my middle icon pack and Atal is not as far away from that as you could think. I mean, of course Gullit is better since he is one of the best players in the game, but Atal is a complete midfielder. His pace is amazing, his shots (with both feet thanks to his 5 star WF) is clinical, his passing is as good as anyone else I tried, his dribbling is more than good enough, his standing tackles and his way to read the game is not far away from Kanté. His stamina makes him run up and down the pitch for the whole 90 minutes and if it goes to extra time that's not a problem Atal (you see what I did there?). The tricky part is to fit him in the team with full chem and to find a player who can do a okay job at RB. It's not that often a full back is the most important player on the pitch but as CM/CDM he can change your game. If you got him, and haven't tried him out as a midfielder, you should do it right away. All the games I've used him in is in fut champs and I'm a gold 1 player.

When i saw this SBC come out and saw how cheap it was, I knew I had to do it. First off, he is very versitile and he can play anywhere on the pitch. He is also very easy for me to link for me, as i have Boulaya, Okocha, And red 87 Mahrez all untradeable. I first used sentinel on him, but he felt a little slow compared to semedo who i had previously, but when i added an anchor to him, he turned into the best rb i have ever used. I would highly recommend this card.
- Defending, he is rock solid almost impossiblle to get around.
- Pace, he is very fast and keeps up with players like Mbappe and Adama Traore
- Passing, great passing, long and short.
- 5 star WF and 4 star skills.
- Shooting, he actually scores quite a bit for me, he is very good at finiching chances in the box.
- Stamina, he lasts the full 90 every game.
- Versatility, He can play anywhere on the pitch well, I'm sure if i put him in goal he'd be better than my player moments gk walker.
- None i can think of except for maybe linkability if you didn't get Boulaya or a rw from icon swaps.
This card is amazing. By far the best RB that i have ever used in fifa and the fun thing is i wouldn't do him if there wasn't a 50k pack as a reward. I've used a lot of different RB this fifa but everyone of them lacked something, either that was pace, passing, dribbling. There was always something but Atal seems to have it all.
- Defending with him (for whatever reason) feels just stupidly easy, he gets every tackle, every interception and beacuse of the pace he just feels like a nightmare for the wingers.
- His dribbling is insane, which is something i don't look much into chosing a RB but with him it just feels so easy to create space, that gives my midfield a lot of space.
- WF and SM are spot on.
- He is hard to link
- He isn't the strongest so he has a harder time against a strong winger/striker
