Like everyone else out there, i played many Players in the front. At the beginning of Fifa i played Players like G. Jesus, Rashford and Aubameyang. Later i updated to Mbappe Gold Version, gave CR7 a try, Scream Aguero, tried Neymar IF 93 and Butra Prime. All of them were good, but not more(CR7 missed agility, Neymar strength/stamina,…). Only my last Striker, Baby Pele 91 was a really special one for me, but everyone is still looking for the next level. My dream was R9.

If i saw this Mbappe Birthday Card on release day i was thinking about him. I played against the toty and he is op in the front. The stats from the bday card a really close to the toty(toty is a little bit higher), BUT 5* Weak foot is for me the key fact here. So i sold my Pele and sold all not necesseary things to get Bday Mbappe.

After 25 Games, 49 Goals and 14 Assists in Div2 and later Div1, i´m totally in love with this card. He feels so unbeliveable smooth and quick together. He is exactly there where he has to be for a striker. He has the strength to get in every tackle. His shooting and finishing for a striker is for me the best i have ever played in Fifa20. In 25 Game he did not miss any sure shoot and with his finess trait he gave me the oppertunity to mix my finishing every time. I´m playing messi tott as well and everyone knows how clean his left feet is, Mbappe can do nearly the same with both feets!

My biggest Pros for this Mbappe,

·      Shooting/finishing is nearly perfect

·      Workrate in the front is perfect

·      Speed and Agility is perfect

·      Two equal Feets

·      He wins back a lot of balls from the defenders!

At the moment i can not say any bad things about him. Is he worth the 5mio coins? If you have a complete team and 5mio coins, yes! If you need to sell your whole team, or 4-5Key players, i dont think so, because you need more like 1 Player in a TEAM. It was the best decision to buy him.

I want to start off this review by noting that at all times of writing this review i keep the prestigious in the back of my head, this in my opinion, is necessary because there are quite the options available at this price.

The main reason for the high price is ofcourse the feared 5-star weakfoot that comes with this card, and if you look for a striker that finishes consistently with both feet and links to the top-meta players, look no further, thats just the way to say it.

In all fairness, what did you expect? this lad has all the meta shooting traits; OFST and FST. Mbappe is also a connoisseur when it comes to skilling, he knows them all... and pulls them off like its magic. with the dribbling comes one thing that might form an issue for a slight percentage of players, being: the balance, now don't get me wrong, he is not clunky and he never will be, but like you already might know balance affects the ability to remain stable while receiving physical pressure, this makes his 90 strength (after applying the Marksman chemstyle) not as strong as it would feel like with players who have 99 balance etc. this is not a huge issue at all but if you are looking for a real physical threat i would look at other options if linkable. (like CR7 i.e.) in terms of speed, on- and off the ball movement however, this card is a phenomenon, he is lightning fast, almost to a degree where you question reality and feel sorry for your opponent, this guy has some thick glue on his lightning boots because my- oh my is this guy hard to keep up with.

The passing on this card is not underwhelming at all, the stats seem like pinocchio because Mbappe rarely misses passes in this game, its not on par with the new Summer Heat Pogba but it won't be noticeable for a striker.

Now back to reality: Is this the card that suits everyone in every aspect they could ever want? i would still have to say no, that is if you aren't necessarily looking for a two footed hero, he still misses some shots from time to time if you don't power it enough, he will still get pushed off the ball by the majority of the defenders, allthough 2/5 times he slithers past and gets the ball back from where he left off to put it in the back of the net. and he won't be a heading threat (but its fifa 20 so who needs headers). what i personally felt is that there is nothing wrong or dissapointing about this card. unless you spend your last coins on him, and think about the (for most players) extremely hefty price-tag that comes with this guy, because 3 million coins can get you players and even teams that come very very close to what this Mbappe can do for you.

in conclusion:

If you need a 5 star weakfoot fish that swiftly puts 90% of the balls you hand him in the net, this is your guy.

If you need a pace monster thats super agile and sticky combined with the of the best shooting traits, this is your guy.

but this card is not for you if:

you have a bit of a "tight" budget and don't need the 5-star weakfoot, then i would look at his TOTS/TOTY version

you are in need of a physical presence upfront that pushes off 8/10 defenders.

After packing Ronaldinho in my prime pack on Friday I did not expect more. In my LVL 20 season objectives I got a rare electrum pack. And in that I packed Mbappe. I changed my team around him and took him in to FUT CHAMPS. I have FO RTG so I had not used an Mbappe card before this fifa. But He finishes everything. He can run through a whole team and score with half chances making them look like they are clear cut. I normally can get Gold 1 if I try and had only finished Elite once. But this weekend I finished 26 and 4 after not even playing my best fifa. Mbappe made me realise how people with PTW accounts must feel. I have used Prime R9 for in draftis and I seriously think Mbappe is better and he is 9 million coins cheaper.

First of all, lets get to know me as a player, i have used most of the strikers in the game under 7.000.000 coins.

I have tried so many players in this game, and not very often do i fall in love with a player so much that i dont sell him again, i have tried all the big boys, and some i was disapointed with, Neymar Headliner, Kenny dalglish Prime Moments, stands out as disapointments.

I had mid icon R9 (94) earlier, and since people like to compare them i will do the same abit in this reivew.

i liked the R9, alot .. but i will say, Mbappe is a better player, if he fits in to your team, i would choose him instead of R9 mid.. Can you on the other hand afford the Prime og Prime moments, i would go for R9. because of strengh and balance.

I play Mbappe in a team with Summer heat Ribery, Firmino and TOTS Sancho as the 4 attackin players.

Except for the fact, that Firmino is sooooo OP, Mbappe definetly still seems like the best player.

He is a goal machine, i can only compare his finishing to R9. They are the only 2 expensive attackers, whos finishing didnt let me down.

He is very very very good at finishing, he finishes goals that shouldnt be possible.

One of the few players left in this game, that can still be game changers in most teams.

He is not without cons tho..

you feel his balance is not so high, he strengh helps it abit, but he still gets pushed of the ball quite easily.

Not as easy as players like neymar, but still compared to R9 he lacks in that prospect. he makes op for it with he crazy pace tho.
