I used this guy in partner with Allan at cdm for my WL this guy is great he wins most 50/50s wins almost every tackle he's not great at getting forward (wouldn't recommend it) but he wins the ball back in the final third makes a quick pass and I score he was a really good pick up for 90k (there about) he doesn't seem very meta but he's just an all-round great card especially with the dribbling upgrades make him a fun cdm to use. Stay safe all :D
Tackling
Dribbling
Passing
Pace (with a shadow it really isn't an issue he feels really agile)
Shooting (obviously, but in the 18 yard box he can score)
I packed this guy on Friday before starting my WL so i figured I'd use him for a weekend as he fits nicely with my untradeable Mbappe and Ben Yedder (yes, flex). He played as a lone CDM in 433(2) between Bernardo Silva and Allan. With the formation and tactics I use, his job is to win the ball and get it to Allan to carry it forward, or Bernardo is space is there for a counter. He doesn't feel as quick as someone like Kante, but his positioning is top notch. Hardly was he out of position.
Set to man mark, he is able to shut down the loan striker or CAM in most peoples 4231. He was always sticking himself in for a quick tackle and with the high agility, balance, and ball control, he is able to quickly win the ball start a counter attack. His passing stats don't necessarily look incredible, but I was pleasantly surprised with his ability to play a through ball to into space for my other mids and his ability to switch the field of play.
On the offensive end, its no secret. His shooting is woeful from outside the area. You do not want him to be on the end of any balls played across the face of the goal either. He missed a pass across sitter for me. I mainly use him as a player to recycle the ball around. However, his agility and balance allow you to use the close dribbling around the box to maneuver through the defense if needed.
TL:DR
For ~60k he is a nobrainer if you have a french/ligue 1 side. He's a super solid CDM that can pass and start the counter. You don't want him running into the box on attack.
Played him at cdm with shadow and ... WOW, for around 75k a beast!!! But use a fast second cdm, two cdm with strength doesnt work as good as one fast and one strength!
He is a defending beast!! His pace is if you play him right not so importain, cause he has 86 agility and balance. He has a good physicality, and good passing and dribbling stats.
You should not go too much in the offensive with him. He has not the best shoot.
BTW for the squad, that’s my latest team, I had a different one which he was partnered with Sissoko in, he was great in that too. A fantastic card. Catalyst was used.
Pace:8/10, surprisingly quick, and enough to get away from players to be able to have time to make his decision.
Shooting 4/10: No
Passing:8/10, Fabulous range of passing, short and long.
Dribbling: 10/10, extremely agile and has fantastic ball control, gets out of tight situations extremely well.
Defending:8/10, tackles and intercepts brilliantly.
Physical:9/10, strong, never runs out of energy, very aggressive.
I played him in a central midfield in a 4222 with the instructions "stay behind in attack", the passes: Kroos, the dribble: Neymar, physique and defense: Casemiro, he is incredible, super agile and very very aggressive you are going to love at 100 percent maybe a little bit lacking in speed but with a catalyst to boost short passes and speed it's perfect =)
I used this guy in partner with Inform Renato Sanches at cdm for my WL this guy is great he wins most 50/50s wins almost every tackle he goes in for! His pace really isnt and issue and is able to track back an win the ball back in vital areas of the pitch breaking up attacks and making important challenges. Going forward this card is not to great his 3* 3* Combination is a bit of an issue as it make his movement very predictable as the skill you are able to perform are limited however his passing and dribbling is great. He can carry the ball from his own half through the midfield and with his solid passing is able to play the killer pass to set up your attackers. This guy is the perfect CDM and compliments a more attacking CDM Such as Renato Sanches perfectly.
He's the goat, what can I say apart from the fact that he plays with heart. This man is everywhere on the field, wins back the ball, can hold it with his insane dribbling and decent physical, then he can play 30-40 yard long balls to the strikers. I've had Kanté, Pogba, IF Renato sanches, even KDB, at his cm role (442) and I can say with confidence that he's better than all of them. He has crazy composure, reactions and stamina which really make him a game changer. Currently have him next to wijnaldum and he compliments him perfectly. I have a catalyst on him because it boosts his less good stats and it works really well.
he shuts down anything that comes his way
he's absolutely everywhere
he has great short and long passing, haven't really used his other passing stats like crossing but he's a cdm so
he bodies everyone and lasts the entire game
Wins every header
crazy dribbling
really decent links
yeah he has like 58 shooting so
still scored a couple of goals but really dont expect a lewandowski in front of the net
