Yeah I am a Celtic fan but this why I decided trialling this absolute beast. I know no one will read this review I left it far too late but I am going to push my bias towards celtic aside for a moment whist I review big ed's first inform.
I've used him for 96 games and scored 166 which I have just checked using the fifa companion app. for the majority of those games I played him upfront with Cunha's headliners which I got for free through the objectives and I can tell you is an absolute stud as well, however when I reflect on the statistics on these two very different strikers it seems as if big ed has the more dominant presence on the pitch. I do belive this is because of my playing style as I dribble around my opponent's defenders with cuhna before a lentghy through ball to edouard who sprints with unmatchable pace and finishes it beautifully in the back of the net. Not to mention his outstanding penalties and decent crossing despite the crossing stats suggest. The most agile and balanced non-icon 6"2 beast I have ever used ( maybe not saying much I havent played too long ahaha ) also he's so well composed and sturdy, exactly what I need because cunha does all the hard work pace and finishing is all I need but edouard comes with so much more than I need. Maybe plays better for me than most because I use him on 10 chem with Elyounoussi totw and McGregor on the left side of a 4 4 2 (2) with custom tactics. If this card was in the prem it would be tens of thousands trust me he is reliable and easy to get weak links for through his nation. Short passing is outstanding for a ST and the curve is phenomenal, also 4* 4*. more than enough defending for a ST, plus he's strong and tall.
He is 6"2 which is obviously great in real life but leads to some difficult turns in-game. Also a far from perfect first touch. If you aren't a celtic obsessed ned like me it may be hard to get good chem for him plus there are more meta tiny guys out there.
