There is absolutely no doubt that this card is phenomenal in a range of different positions making him incredibly unique and versatile but where does he stack up in terms of value? I have used alot of top tier midfielders throughout the year and my current midfield consists of RTTF Pogba and RTTF Sissoko, and boy does this card stack up. This guy is the complete package and if Ballack is an idol of yours or has sentimental meaning then you will be pleasantly relived that this guy is as insane as he was in the red white and black jersey of DIE MANNSCHAFT!!! PACE, PASSING, PHYSICALITY, DEFENDING, SHOOTING, DRIBBLING.. ALL INSANE. But this card is really lacking 1 thing and its agility and balance but based of his height, theoretically speaking he shouldnt be the most agile player so his stats stay true but that does mean he isnt the perfect card. But then we get into the price. You guys will need to fork out an extortionate amount of coins to buy this guy off the market and his sbc value almost touches that price. When you consider the range of midfielders on offer at a fraction of the price it makes hard to decide whether you should fork out that extra coinage for just a little bit of an edge. PACE for a midfielder is insane especially with a shadow
Height being 6' 2" is perfect in the midfield
High/Med means he will press the opponents and isnt afraid to get forward when the opportunity arises
SHOOTING IS JUST UNREAL. The shot power that right boot gets is incredible
Passing is pinpoint accurate no matter where you are on the field, whether you need to hit a 5 yard or a 50 yard ball, Ballack will effortlessly hit the target with precision

Bad curve and no finesse shot trait (being nitpicky because he is worth over a mil)
FORMATION:
I used him as a right CDM in the 4-2-2-2, on stay forward while attacking instructions. Used him with the Engine Chemistry style to boost that dribbling primarily. I used him for 6 games in Div 1 rivals gameplay.
VALUE FOR COINS:
Anything under 1.2 million, would be much better value for this card. He is the fully package as a midfielder, and if he had better dribbling, he could have been used competitively. Unfortunately, his dribbling is just not good enough for competitive gameplay.
At 1.7 million, its way too overpriced for what this card offers. You can get cards like Bruno Fernandes, Renato Sanchez and other meta cards for a better price who can give you a very similar, if not better level of performance in-game.
If you’re a Germany, Chelsea, Bayern Munich or Leverkusen fan, I’d advise you to pick him up and give him a go as he is a monster of the midfielder. It will take you 2-3 games to get used to his dribbling, but once you learn that, he’ll decimate your opponents from the middle of the park.

PACE:
His pace overall is great for a CM/CDM, when further boosted with the engine chemists style, it goes up to 88! He feels more like 85 pace in-game to be completely honest. You can use Ballack to pace past players while attacking and when he gets the lead he can easily shield them off using his insane strength. He can catch up to most on-rushing attackers and track back well defensively. So overall his pace for a midfielder was quite impressive!

FINISHING:
His finishing overall was amazing! He has the 4 star WF, which is honestly as good as his right foot. He has phenomenal shot power and using the power shot inside the box, across goal or down the line is a super effective way of scoring with him on either foot. He also has a great long shot which he strikes with immense power. I’d advise against using the finesse shot, since he has such a low curve statistic. Just go with power strikes, and you’ll be good to go with his shooting.

PASSING:
His passing was exceptional. He can easily dictate the tempo of your games via his passing. He has a 4 star weak foot as well, so you can pass on either foot effortlessly. He has incredible passing statistics across the board, and he does live up to them in-game!

DEFENDING:
Now he does have above average defensive statistics across the board and will put in a decent shift defensively. I wouldn’t play him as a lone, out and out CDM as his attacking stats will be completely wasted in that position. He did make a few interceptions and pressed the opposition defenders very well which won me the ball back from my opponents counter attacks.

PHYSICALITY:
Beast of a card. Insane strength, can bully anyone off the ball with that 87 strength. His 91 stamina is more than adequate to last him the whole 90 mins running up and down the field tirelessly. His 86 aggression makes his AI press opponents to win the ball back constantly and is a major pro defensively. He’s 6”2 in-game which is quite tall, hence with 93 jumping he will win you all headers he contests.

DRIBBING:
Ballack stands at 6”2, which is on the taller end of the height spectrum in this game. A combination of his height, poor agility and balance statistics make him a very clunky dribbler. He feels heavy to dribble with in delayed gameplay and even with the engine chemistry style, he turns and changes direction very slowly. The only pro with his dribbling would be his 4 star skill moves to beat defenders. YOU HAVE to use the Engine chemistry style to boost his dribbling, as it desperately needs to be boosted.

Moments Ballack is an Incredible B2B midfielder who will very likely be in my endgame squad. He is one of the best in the game and a very complete player. His attacking AI is very good and his shooting and passing range is exceptional. He can hold players off and shrug them of the ball as well. Defensively he is a nightmare for other teams when you press but can sometimes be a little bit slow tracking back if the ball gets passed him probably because of the High Medium but this rarely comes back to haunt me.
Pace: 8.6/10: Once he gets going he feels very fast. He covers a lot of ground and is good at carrying the ball forward or running back to get a leg in to stop an attack. His attacking AI as well as long legs make boost his pace as well as the engine chem style I applied. He can feel a little bit slow towards the ends of games though.
Shooting: 9.4/10: His shots are absolute weapons. Rarely misses good chances and his long shots on his right foot are some of the best. His outside the box finesse are really good as well so playing him as a LCM or LDM is recommended. Penalties are good and he can also score headers. His incredibly high goal contribution rate is thanks to how clinical he is as well as how good he is at getting into goalscoring positions
Passing: 9.0/10: Pretty good, Passing can always be a bit off no matter who you're using in FIFA, but Ballack has good long switches and usually is accurate on short passes.
Dribbling: 8.3/10: His 4* skills, ball control and the engine chem style can partially make up for his lower agility and balance. He progresses the ball when you're in space but if you get in a tight spot with defenders close to him it's best to just pass it to someone else and not try to wriggle out the way you would with someone like Neymar. When his stamina starts going down he does feel noticeably less sharp dribbling so towards the end try to do more 1-2s to progress the ball and not dribbling
Defending: 8.8/10: Ballack closes down space very well, and can win arial duels. He usually makes good interceptions but as I mentioned can be a little slow at times tracking back if someone plays through my press but it isn't very different to most CMs. His pressing is exceptional and his long legs help him make some great tackles to break things up
Physicality: 8.9/10: Very Strong, throws himself into tackles, Jumping is insane for headers in the box and on corners. Stamina isn't bad but he will get a little tired in the B2B role but you won't need to sub him off most the time because he still can do well even if he's a little slower and clunkier.

So ive been pretty lucky this past 2 weeks gettin Mbappe moments Zanetti and some other walkouts and he came out yesterday. Ive been really wanting to try him out and i did the sbc (the actual one not the loan) . I submitted a prime owen and it was a little sus, because i didnt want to give him up that easily but i regret nothing. Id done a couple of matches in rivals with him and he was fantastic! He had 14 goal contribution in 5 matches (keep in mind im in division 5 so im not the best at the game) I play him as a central attacking mid. He feels a bit like flashback Kroos although he is way better (Kroos is also a starter in my team). Im keeping this honest so he is a little cluncky and isnt the fastest. thats why i play him with a shadow. Hes expensive so if you want a more value for coins player dont go for him but if you have the money or youre just a Bayern/Chelsea/German national team fan go on wahtcha waitin for. For me he really was magnificent. One thing that stands out for me is the fact that he couldnt take free kicks for some reason. Hes got great defending for a CAM. I think hes a definate go if youve got the money. Hes fantastic.

Hi guys, this is my first review here in futbin so I hope you like it :). I'm going to talk about this Ballack Moments beacuse he was released on sbc, I did him beacuse he is an idol for me, and also cause I've got a lot of fodder so I used like 450k on the sbc. in the first 10 matches I've used him as a CM in 4-4-2 and as a CDM in 4-2-3-1 next to kanté what-if and my impressions were really good. 3 goals and 8 assists. with 4 motm.
It worth the sbc? For me yes, he is really expensive (1.2M on ps4) but he gives a great performance. Maybe he is at the level of Rooney SBC, any special cards of Bruno or even Curtis Jones, but he have something really important that this players don't have: chemistry. He hepls a lot with the chemistry, you can put him on any team and he will going to dominate the midfield, so I recommend him, obviuosly if you can afford him. 8/10
-Movement: He was really good on agility and balance (For the tipe of player he is the agility was good for me), it shows a lot the upgrade from the prime. And the pace was quite decent, his long running is really stable. 8/10
-Passing: His vision is amazing, the short and especially the long pass are cracked, he can do really good passes even if he is surrounded by a lot of players, at no time he lose his composure 10/10
-Dribling: At the first moment I though that he was going to be really clunky on movements, but he shut my mouth! Obviously he isn't as good as maybe Mbappé or Ney, I think plavers like bruno or Pogba are better dribblers, but Ballack didn't lose the ball in any moment, I think that the composure is a lot better than 88, and his ball control is really good. he can drible quite good. 9/10
Phisycal: As he is 1.88cm, he won a lot of balls in the air, his heading is really reliable. He also have a great strenght and usually all the time he won the melee duels, and the stamina is algo great, but maybe not the best i've used. 8/10

Shooting?: Don't mind me, his shooting is good, but I don't think that is as good as the card says, he lose a lot of goals in front of the keeper, maybe because of the shot power. Maybe his long shot can be great but also lost many goals, to give you an idea 2 of the 3 goals he scored were penalties. His shooting is not bad, but I was a little disappointed. 5/10
Defending: Ballack is really complete, and from all the things he have maybe the less great is the defense, he struggled a lot when I put him on CDM, his med workrate on defense it was quite noticeable, for me his best position is as an box-to-box cm. 3/10
I have used this card for an entire weekend league and for several rival matches in division one , to start this review let me answer the most common question is he worth doing the SBC to get him? well if your team loaded with great players and you need to strengthen your midfield with a player around 1.5 million you will not find a better player than ballack he is an all rounder box to box player with a good CDM beside him you well have a powerful midfield, i have used ballack as a CDM and as a CM he can preform well at both but using him as a CM that his favorite spot putting him on balanced that when he preform his best for me, i was afraid when i first got him because of his agility and balance so i putt an engine chemistry style on him to fill that gap, yet he still not that smooth he is a really heavy dribbler if you keep the ball at his feet while you opponent pressure you will be in trouble and that is the biggest issue with this card you need to get used to his dribbling to start feeling comfortable with him, other then his dribbling his passing is just out of this world he plays fast and powerful passes with an amazing vision he just make it look easy that plus his attacking awareness is very impressive he is one of those players that you find him in the right place at the attacking end with his powerful shots he is always an option to pass him the ball when you need to strike with a little space his shots are not the most accurate so that means his finesse shot is not that great but he shots the ball with power so he covers his curves with his power shots he scored for me 14 goals in a 34 games for me that is very good for a box to box midfielder, defending with this card is absolutely incredible iwas impressed because i thougt he will be not that effective sence hes def work rate is medium but he is a beast he is extremely strong and active if he contact the opponent player he gets the ball plus he is fast so he can catch up with fast players i know you are thinking of Mbappe and yes he can catch up to him and as soon as he does he gets the ball back and is time for the counter attack.
for conclusion he is a beast in midfield he can do it all his dribbling is an issue but like i said he covers that with his strength and his great passes, he is between bruno and essien or you can compare him to headliner goretzka but on steroids.
for me he is 100% worth the value.
- Great passing fast and powerful with amazing vision and accuracy .
- He can score with his powerful shots, he always find the back of the net when he had the chance great option to pass him the ball when you on the attacking end.
- Amazing strength and physical attributes he can boss the midfield.
- Really good pace as a box to box midfielder he can catch up with the likes of Mbappe and Neymar.
- Super good option in the attack he is one of those players when you see him make the run you do not think twice to pass him the ball.
- Great stamina he can play the 120 minute with no problem.
- Heavy dribbler.
- Bad curve.
Before doing his SBC or thinking of purchase his Card you have to know which type of midfielders you want or you need.
Ballack is a great box to box midfielder you can control the mid ground with him. he is not agile or cluncky he is fine best chemistry style is engine to enhance his dribbling to able to dribble with him.
if you want a agile player his not your guy but if you ok with his dribbling which is not bad at all go for him. he literally can score any cross from corner great header, he has an incredible strong body type can cover the agility problem
final decision: if you need that type of players go for him he is a beast

“Der kleine Kaiser!” Prime Icon Moments Michael Ballack is an absolute beast in the midfield. Are you looking for a strong, physical midfielder who can pass anywhere on the pitch, rip goals from distance, use their height to their advantage (in the air or in one-on-ones), and body players off the ball? Well, then 92 Ballack is your man. I used Ballack’s Mid version for roughly 100 games (Division 2 Rivals; Weekend League – Gold 2/3; Legendary/Ultimate Squad Battles) and loved every moment of him. I sold him a while ago for a massive profit and was itching to get him back. The SBC for 92 Ballack dropped and I rinsed my club to complete him. I do not regret doing so whatsoever.
Many people will point to his agility and balance as an issue. I will say this: it is entirely manageable, just give yourself 2-3 games to see how he turns. There are limits to any player out there—no one can do it all. If you’re truly worried, try out his loan first, but trust me: you’ll play a few games with the loan and immediately be doing everything you can to complete the SBC.
I recommend using him as a CM or a secondary CDM that drifts forward. The work rates aren’t an issue at all, especially if you place instructions on him.
