Considering the recent Showdown cards being released, the hype is up. Neres looks an amazing LM/LW/ST, Dzeko looks useable, Kehrer looks to be Ligue 1's best CB atm and tolisso offers Bundesliga and French links which is handy just like his all round card. What's more, these cards are dirt cheap considering what they offer, especially Kehrer and Neres, the two I've completed. However to fit them in a squad is quite difficult due to leagues, with only nation links being the only hope. Having not fully completed the Eredevise milestones I was lucky enough to find out I hadn't done Max, who links to the two showdown cards perfectly. I use shadow as we are in the stage of the game where attackers have 99 pace and this, that and the other, so for the sake of competence, I used shadow at a LB role in a 41212(2). He works so well, his crossing and good all round passing ability allows him to go forward and make a crucial ball into the box, his upgraded pace and smaller height allow him to catch up to the meta attackers and with jockeying is able to complete successful tackles. His shooting means he's competent at close range if he's in the box. However, he is very weak so with players like Adama and Inaki Williams he struggles, and while he felt quick, he didn't feel smooth on the ball, which wasn't an issue rather I wanted a bit more. Overall a nice card who isn't just one of those Instagram save 8k from doing this, but rather a very competent defender
Pace (with Shadow)
Shooting (close range)
Passing
Defending for a 84 LB
Dribbling (only really that he felt quick but not smooth)
Judging by the title you would think im one of those pace sweats but at LB the 87 pace isnt enough to keep up with the myriad of pacey RMs. 92 shot power is enough to put the ball away from close range should he be in that position, passing is good, especially crossing and curve. Dribbling is enough for a LB, very similar to Alba. Defending could be better, i found the majority of the times i tackled him he was tackled right back. No ariel ability and his physical bar stamina is poor. Performs better at CM then LB. Not the most ideal work rates and tends to drift up pitch
