Wow, packed him from the what if SBC last night, he fits and looked pretty good so I was happy. I was immeasurably surprised when I played with him, and in a good way. He has everything you need in a LB, Pace, Passing, Dribbling, Defending etc... Here’s what his pros and cons are in my opinion.

Everything expect a few minor nitpicks listed down below
Skill Moves and Weak Foot, they weren’t much of an issue for me tbh, but it might be to some who wish to play him LM/LWB
So, like many others i packed this boy from the guaranteed what if pack and decided it's time to say goodbye to that bloody old steam train varane and his pet mendy since everybody's complaining about meta hoes.
I have to admit - i'm happily surprised.
I play him in a 4-2-3-1 (2) as a normal fullback and paired him with hierro. Reguilon is quick, has great passing a good dribbling. His workrates are okay, just give him the advice to stay back and everything will be fine.
When running down the wing his speed dribbler trait helps alot to get out of tight spaces.
His crosses are pretty decent to be hones, although his long passing could be better. He recovered the ball against players like neymar, mbappe and salah quite easily, which surprised me the most (maybe my opponents were shit though (div2)).
Apply Anchor to increase is acceleration and strength.
All in all a very good card and an upgrade is expected.
I’ve used him for the whole weekend now, and I have to say he’s pretty decent. He’s better than toty nominee Robertson in my opinion (the only real competition in the prem). There’s something about his in game body type that makes him feel faster, lighter and more agile. I mainly play a 442, but I often switch to a 5 back, and I can confidently play him as an attacking wingback. I’d compare him to semedo, who we all know is broken in game. There’s something about them that just make them play better than their stats suggest. The only downside is he has poor defensive positioning. A couple of times hes been dragged into a more central area, leaving the wings exposed.
No, unlike others I did NOT pack this in any party bag or What IF guaranteed packs. I actually bought this card just to link the POTM Son but who knew it'd actually turn out to be a great player not just a chemistry placeholder!
I've used his 87 rated card for 2 WLs and been using his 89 rated card for 2 days and one thing I can say with full confidence that he IS THE best LB available in FUT 21 right now! He is rapid, passing stats are good enough, dribbling is excellent and defensive stats are ideal as well.
I played him in multiple formations to try him out - 442, 4231, 3421 (as LM) and 532 (as LWB). The most ideal position was at LB in a 442 / 4231 formation.

Good value for money given the next best alternative option of a PL LB is 2x the price.
Links to Son (helpful for hybrids in a 4-5-1 formation)
A few days ago I packed him in a Goodiebag, he fitted in my squad so I putted him into the squad. When you look at the stats there's nothing really strange and he looked quite good. I used him as LB, 10 chem with an anchor on him. I played a few games of rivals with him and he turned out to be quite decent, but not as good as I expected him to be tbh. Its something with his positioning and the way he wants to get the ball. It feels like he plays to much in the center of the defence, leaving space for wingers, which I dont really like about him. Also I found that he didnt really got to get the ball. When I do a standing tackle with him, he somehow never gets the ball. Mostly it comes right into the feets of his attackers. He is useable to play as LWB or just as attacking back (for the nerds using a 5 back). He got the passing, dribbling, pace etc.
Please, avoid this card at all costs. I packed him untradeable, and It was a curse upon my club. I stupidly thought he would be a good LB option, but was solely mistaken when he made me terminally ill with his defensive performances. I couldn't take him into a beginner squad battles without conceding minimum of 15 goals due to his lack of braincells. Not suitable for those prone to raging, as you WILL not be able to defend against the likes of Alex Iwobi and Theo Walcott, let alone Salah and Messi. I made an account on FUTBIN just to warn you of this card. Please, DO NOT BUY HIM!
Useful for hybrids
He is the LB David Luiz on a night out

Pace - Not high enough for me, probably same for you
