I honestly do not understand how no one has reviewed this card yet, he is disgustingly slippery.
This man right here, is next to everything I will ever need for the rest of this game in an attacker.
With only 86 dribbling, he might seem near average for this stage in the game, but let me tell you, EA you cannot keep this gem hidden. One of Fifa 21's worst kept secrets. I used this man in division rivals (div 3 and 2) and fut champs where I normally stop at 14-7. His ability to slice through the sweet innocent legs of some of the sweatiest cdms and cbs in the game due to the beautiful combination of his 85 strength, 93 99 agility and balance, as well as being 5"7 and lean, makes him literally the juiciest most slippery lubricative slimy attacker I have used so far in Fifa 21.
As a player who enjoys deviating from the classic but usually superior sweaty meta teams and taking on (usually) more challenging players into the more competitive modes of FIFA, it was obvious I was going to try this card.
You may be thinking, 3 star skill moves?? only a 4 star weak foot??? Wait, try him, trust me, this mans slow dribbling is enough to counteract his lack of skill moves due to his previously mentioned absolutely jacked dribbling stats and strength.
I played him in the CAM spot in a 4231 behind a seemingly behind-the-power-curve RB Alex Teixeira and Martins' dribbling and shooting were absolutely brilliant.
98 acceleration and 91 sprint speed - his pace is blistering and feels even quicker due to his heigh and body type
body type short and balanced - not being lean, he actually feels more sticky on the ball and more physical against defenders
85 strength which seems even better due to his slipperiness
87 finishing 89 shot power combo
His ridiculous dribbling
attacking runs for the through ball meta
pretty good weak foot as you would expect, he tends to hit with the correct foot for the shot you'd want, doesn't normally over-favour the left stronger foot.
composure I suppose although I play him in CAM instead of Striker to avoid this being an issue and have not noticed it
obviously links however EA has made icons pretty accessible and even without, he would be a ridiculous super sub.
curve?penalties?? there really aren't many weak points with this card in game
I just had to write a review about this guy. Im a div 3/4 player. This week i was struggling in WL. I reached lvl 15, and I was skeptical about this guy, but chose him anyway.
BEST SUPER SUB IN THE GAME!! AND THAT TOO FOR FREE!! Bring him in 50-60th minute. Absolute game changer! 20 goals in 14 games says everything about him. Just give him 30 mins and he changes the game. Ig 10 MOTM with 9+ rating in every game.
What makes him sublime is his 83 physical (gets past most of the defenders without any effort), height (short), 99 Balance, 94 Pace, and OKOK Shooting & Dribbling Stats.
I don't think I have to say anything more. Just get him, HES JUST THE BEST SUPER SUB UNTIL THE END OF THE GAME!!!
