Introduction: Where do I even start, I only needed 3 games to make this review, he was absolutely insane. I used a hunter on him to max out his pace and boost his finishing. Played him ST in a 3-5-2 alongside Reus, moved him to CAM for the last game, he can play either for sure.
Pace: With the hunter, blistering speeds and his body type accommodates that, he was easily outpacing Varane and Mendy. Not much else to say here really, 10/10.
Shooting: This was a weird one, his stats are mad and don’t get me wrong, he can finish but in more of a striker way, his longshots were lacking a bit, he aint no Muller or Reus but anything inside the box is in, easy. 9.5/10
Passing: Great passing, nothing lacking there, no chemistry style needed. Long passing is very solid, he makes the pass 9 times out of 10 and the double tappies are crazy good. Curve is great for finding those tricky passes and even helped me out with the shooting, I used him over Reus on my short FKs and I even scored with a player on the line, fantastic stuff. 9/10
Dribbling: This is where it gets saucy, he is crazy responsive on the ball, some meta players have super high agility + balance but low everywhere else in the dribbling stat, Boulaya is built different, he turns super-fast and keeps the ball at his feet. The 5* SM have allowed me to make some CBs look a bit silly. 10/10
Defending + Physicality: He is a CAM, trash defending obviously, 86 stamina is definitely enough but I did see him getting pushed off the ball quite a bit, but that’s a given with this card for sure. 3/10
WF/SM: 4*/5*, not much else to say, near perfect and the skill moves are silky smooth, Boulaya just wants to make the world silky smooth. 4* weak foot wasn’t really noticeable, but did show sometimes, rarely though. 9/10
Conclusion: Absolutely nuts card, pretty cheap for his level, I beg you guys to do this card if you have a Ligue 1 squad, you probably wont find a better CAM for this price. Youcine Atal is one of the best players in this game. This man, for one 86 rated squad, provides him with an end game strong link. If you do not have Atal, I'm going to be honest, save your coins. If you do, this is one of the best values in the entire game. I play a False 9 433, and have been running Mbappe and Atal as my LW and RW, respectively. Their role is pretty simple, beat fullbacks by any means necessary and shoot/cut back. I've used Mbappe since I packed him back him in December, and this Boulaya blows him away in every aspect. With a hawk, he has just enough aggression/strength to get around the edge of a defender and unleash a wicked pisser across goal. Skillful, a tremendous passer, and with the all powerful lean body type this man is a dream to play with. If you don't have Atal, but ever want to try him, you need to take advantage of the Algerian Neymar.

Boulaya is practically Pele, every single stat matches pele's general baby card, same work rates, pace, shooting, passing, dribbling and everything in that area. And Pele is 2.5 million - and boulaya plays like him. I would 100% recommend him to everyone who has a ligue 1 team or just wants a super sub and what not, also comparing him to Palacio who is like the Sirie A version of him. I'd say they're fairly equal but boulaya is better in the dribbling aspect but palacio in the shooting. Watch my review on him (below) and you'll see what he is capable of.
