A squad battles objective is always a welcome sight to me. This card has been no exception. He's insane. Trust me.
I was skeptical on how he would play, seeing as he is 6'2" High and Average, and I'm really surprised. Do Note: I really do not notice his height and body type. I've always been honest on how cards play when they have a non-meta stature, but I'm really being honest here - I don't notice it.
I'm playing him in a 4-5-1 at CM - default instructions. Slapped a shadow on him, as you do.
In any case, the stats speak for themselves, but in just in case you're deaf and can't hear the stats speak, I'll write down what I think of them:
Pace - He doesn't do all that much sprinting for me. I've played 15 games with him and I really can't decide if he's fast or not. It's up to interpretation here. Let me be clear: he is not rapid. I just don't know if he's quick or not. He doesn't feel like a truck, at least. You'll have to decide for yourself what you think of the pace, but for me it's a 4/5.
Shooting - I haven't shot with him. This is mostly because he plays so deep that any shots I would take would be auto-blocked, so I just pass it to the forwards so they can do their job. The goal he did score was off a corner, but I'd guess his shooting is pretty good. He's fired a few rockets against the posts and bar - 4/5
This review is not very helpful yet, is it? Bare with me.
Passing - Immaculate. Right Foot; Left Foot: Devastating. Great passing. The passing in this game is frustrating and his passing is great - 4.7/5
Dribbling - Pretty good. I don't dribble that much so he fits how I play - 4.3/5
Defending - Ridiculous. insane tackling and interceptions. He wins everything - 5/5
Physicality - Very good. He's super strong. Stamina isn't a noticeable problem - 4.4/5
Overall - Really great card, especially as a squad battles objective. It's a must do - 5/5

Future Fodder
Imminent Free Card Fraud Trait
Will fall behind power curve in the next few weeks
PACE: His pace is good enough, although he feels a little slow. Shadow is required.
SHOOTING: Oh my goodness can he shoot. He breaks the net with every single kick thanks to his high shot power. His positioning also had him make a few runs forward a game and he scored a few goals doing that.
PASSING: Nothing special, it gets the job done.
DRIBBLING: To quote Gattuso, “Sometimes maybe good sometimes maybe sh*t.”
DEFENDING: He is a rock defensively, and does his job very well. A great CDM.
PHYSICAL: The Portuguese Hulk. I don’t need to say anymore.
Overall, this card is a must do. He is very solid defensively and his work rates keep him in position until he will make a occasional run forward and use his god tier shooting. His only problems are his speed and he feels clunky.
He is very solid seens as he is litterely free.and very usable at this point. I mean 10 games for a fairly long term cdm/cm (if you don't have a crazy team). Very good defensively although the dribbling and pace could've been a little better so it was possible to play him in more of a cm/cam role. 3* sm is a lil annoying for me aswell for if i wanted to play him cm. However yeah, super good card and i would defo regret it if you hadn't got him. Also - free fodder.
I completed this card almost as soon as I saw it come out. afterwards I played with him in multiple div rivals (div 4) and fut champs (gold 3-2) games. personally I liked him very much.
pace: the pace on this card is a weird thing, used a shadow on him which brought him up to 93 pace, and even with using this chem style he still didn't feel absolutely rapid like other LaLiga cdm's I've used i.e. capa. its a very hard thing to explain and you almost need to try him out for yourself because he is fast but doesnt exactly feel fast. also you don't really feel that heavy sluggish feel like you do with other people who have the same body types as him.
shooting: this is something that I never really used on this card but when I had to, he had a very some very nasty shoot, that I'm not even sure if my neymar could pull off, his shooting is very good for a cdm and also helps you create a chance even if your opponent is being a little scum.
passing: all I have to say is that his passing is absolutely off the charts next level.
dribbling: didn't really use him to dribble that much, its pretty good though.
defending: Next level defending and interceptions, always in the right place at the right time. his standing tackles almost certainly will get the ball back every time.
physicality: insane, he shoves anyone and everyone off of the ball, and his jumping and height are very helpful on corners because he can jump higher than most defenders and the head the ball towards net. if you have ever used Sergio Ramos inside the box on corner kicks, that is what he reminds me of most.
