I was waiting for this Kevin Volland ever since Ligue 1 tots started. In my opinion, he deserved it way more than Neymar but hey EA is EA and they want money from packs. Anyways moving on with this absolute unit. I completed him and thought that in a 2 striker formation he would be deadly, and deadly he was. I linked him up with Reus FB at striker and they caused havoc. (Volland left striker) I put an engine on him and his agility feels like 96 so I recommend engine. Anyways again, Volland caused chaos, in 8 games he scored 8 goals and got 8 assists (no pens). Physical, he beats players on strength with his stocky body type. He can dribble pretty well honestly keeps the ball very close to his feet. His shooting is incredible I had 9 chances with him and 8 went in, the only one that didn't go in was with his right foot which was barely noticeable. The pace is great that 95 acceleration makes him able to beat players on the 1 touch game. His passing is amazing He fed Reus with assists every single game. Defending was good because of his aggression he caused the opponents to make mistakes giving me possession. I recommend you get him only if you need a Ligue 1 striker, need a german striker that's not Timo Werner or you are a volland fan. He is hard to link somewhat but he makes it work still. Solid 5-star review or a 10/10
german striker from ligue 1 which means good links and a link to muller which is class but people will say this man is clunky and he doesnt feel clunky at all with an engine he is a beast of a cam or striker very very good.
Pace- 9/10 not super fast because of sprint speed but he is fast and does a good job outpacing many defenders but yh dont be suprised if he gets outpacred by walker or lacrioix or varane and for a cam its great and for a striker its good too for me its great pace with an engine on for sure.
dribbling- he does not feel clunky trust me he isnt the most agile but his dribbling is very nice tbh dont let the body type fool u tho he isnt clunky he is like haaland but less clunkier and more agile for sure i dont mind his dribbling and there are people with better dribbling at striker but hey its good dribbling and i just like passing the ball around to my attackers instead of using skills but somtimes because of his body type he does f*ck up in certain areas.
passing- great passing for a striker his passes were very good when i had him cf in a 4-3-3 (5) which was for 1 game only and he did some bits to be honest the passing was consistently good and i do think he is a good shout at cam or cf his long passing was great defenitley not 82 for sure he did really well with the over the top through top balls great passing
shooting- my guy is the german striker that can score goals :D his shooting was very very good and consistently good long shots were really fun to do with him sometimes tho in certain areas he should have scored and he didnt but maybe thats my fault but he was really good when it comes to shooting and his finishing was great asw so respect to my guy very clinical asw.
physical- my favourite thing about this card is how well he can hold up play my man just holding up play with the strength and he bodied off zagadou :O which was mad lad. he is a great target man to be honest wit u give him the ball hold up play wait for ur fast wingers to get the ball through ball with him and pass to ur winger and score. thats how u do it lad he is good at that very good.
defending- No idea didnt play him cb if headers he scored a goal with his head so well done but yh
overall- 9/10 - do him depending on ur play style if u want skills not for u if u want someone strong who can hold play up play beautiful balls to ur wingers and score when needed to then yh 100% do him if you want neymar like dudes at striker again not the best at striker and yh it really depends how u wanna use him if u use him as ur skiller striker than he wont do bad but you will probably be a bit peak to him which is deep and if you want 5 star skiller striker than why would u even do him and like i said if you want him as a target man then 100% do him plus he links with muller so you will not be dissapointed.
Mostly most of the card i like his strength, his passing, his shooting his dribbling and that does make him my new striker for now.
links to muller always a dub
stocky body type for sure his dribbling is only affected by it when he is against 2 or more players or in a tight position because of him being a bit "fat" if he gets the ball in the tight situation he will most likely get the ball out of play if you dribble but if you pass to a free option on the other side of the pitch than he would succeed if not than u gonna be like this mf soo clunky man. he is like haaland and if you like playing with haaland than i certainly reccomend him if not than ;/ idk man
pricy to be honest but i think its worth it and he is 92 rated with 4 90+ which is sick bro
Hey, i just Packard an ut fonte so i did this sbc. I can just start with my opinion. I dont recommend him, he slides right into my reserves. I used him in a 442 right striker with an engine chemestry style. He feels very hard on the ball, he turns slow, i dont have much positive to sau about this guy because he doesnt fit my playstyle. He is an sbc you do and use him like 20 games.
