To start - this card is simply INCREDIBLE. He is the ultimate attacker on this game and can do everything you could ever want in one. He's like TOTW Neymar on crack/ 5* 5*, crazy good dribbling passing and skills (but obviously Neymar has 1 thing that no one else can get and that is his insane body type + Neymar flick). He absolutely killed my opponents in wl and scored some solid runs with some beautiful finishes. We all know how insane he has been in FIFA, and its so nice to see his return in a really solid card with not a crazy price but a price where not many people will be able to afford him and therefor you won't just see him in every team. I'd 100% try getting him before the end of this week or you'll be missing out on an sbc which will last you the entire game for only 700k in June. I put his strength as a con but tbh with a marksman he actually feels fairly strong for a small agile player like himself. There is no recommendation for position as he works for every single attacking position like cam, lm and rm, on the wings, at cf or st so you can do anything with him (personally I mainly used him at ST on get in behind and he did such an amazing job with an incredible 13 goal contributions in only 7 games, a couple were last minute winners/ you see one in the video at the bottom which brought a very stressful and horrible game to a nice, satisfying end).
9.8/10 - I will continue to give people 9.8 and lower and will not surpass that until I find myself with a literal perfect player like R9 (as far as I know).
I hope this review and my video can impact your decision on whether to get him or not - but all I can add to that is that if you don't decide to get him then you're VASTLY missing out on an incredible player.

I sold second inform Ronaldo and completed this card shortly after it came out because I remembered how OP the summer heat version was last year and wow this guy is crazy. I'm an elite 3 player and am currently 15-3 facing some incredible opponents he absolutely destroyed them. He's electric quick and skills are so silky with him and oh my days this guy can score longshots. I didn't expect that great shooting outside the box but he scored 3 insane finesses from ridiculous distances. The shot power makes it so every shot almost breaks the net and his unique body type makes his dribbling crazy. After 8 games of champs he scored 23 goals, him and nani pairing upfront was ridiculous but I think ousmane outshined nani. People are saying he's overpriced but this guy is the real deal and on the market I reckon he'd be about 3 mil. I really can't think of any cons apart from maybe his strength sometimes but this guy is absolutely cracked at fortnite my guy.

Switched out my loyal FB Atal for this guy, worth it. Paired up with prime Cantona at striker, this guy feels like gold Dembele at release. Dribbles thru the Tapsoba and Mbabu pairing and we all know that's a key ability. I did him with fodder and would recommend everyone who likes the Atal, Neymar, Mbappe type of player to do this card.
The shooting is clean, and his shots are fast enough to switch directions if the keeper moves.

This guy is insane saved me in many games his dribbling is so good feels like the ball is glued to his foot and the 5sm makes his even better hes also easy to link i have him on 7 chem and still one of the best players I've used all year

SBC REVIEW: First time I saw this card on futbin I went straight to the comments and everybody was spamming OVERPRICED so I kinda accepted it knowing the fact that ea been very lazy for the past week or so but just for my curiosity I checked the squads required and to my surprise the squads werent that bad and my club was stacked with fodder from objectives and red picks so i did it and ended up finishing it just for about 50k. The card is basicslly the upgraded version of FUT BDAY ATAL. double 5 and the perfect body type for good dribbling.He can play anywhere in the attack LW,RW,ST,CAM. currently im playing him at RCM in a 5-3-2 I know it's a rat formation but I've been playing my best fifa ever since. He plays at full chem with a marksman chemstyle.

Used him at striker next to Eusebio in the weekend league and where do I start. His pace is incredible, along with his insane dribbling and amazing body type which helps him to glide past defenders with no problem. Shooting is great, not perfect but really solid and good enough to use in a striker formation. Also, stamina is great so he can last the entire game!

I used Dembele as my left striker in a 4312 with a hawk chem style.
Pace- 10/10: Dembele is the fastest straight line runner in the game. He is absolutely incredible on the counter, and destroyed showdown Kyle Walker at CB when I faced him.
Shooting- 9/10: Dembele can shoot with either foot, and has an absolute rocket when he does, but he has really bad positioning for whatever reason. For example, he widens on the break pretty often(even on stay central instructions) and sometimes runs back weirdly when I'm attacking from outside of the box.
- Positioning- 5/10: Like I said earlier, he drifts into weird spaces out wide, and makes some weird runs backwards sometimes. Other times though, he can make beautiful runs behind the defensive line, he is just really inconsistent.
- Finishing- 10/10: He makes every single chance count. The 5* wf is incredible, and the power on his shots is insane. His shots are absolute rockets from any position, and even while contorting to make a shot. The volleys are great from what I experienced.
- Heading- 1/10: Absolutely dreadful at heading the ball.
Passing- 10/10: Every single pass from him was great, and he gets incredible curve on through balls. He was able to switch the play very effectively and was excellent at crossing.
Dribbling- 10/10: This is the best part about this card to me. The reason I called him a glitch in the title is because he is able to rainbow flick and sombrero flick perfectly, like in the old patch of FIFA 21. He is literally unaffected by any pressure by defenders while doing the rainbow or sombrero flick, and the ball just magnetizes to his foot. He is also able to croqueta cancel and L stick dribble like a mad man. The only downside I can think of is that 5' 10" might cause a little clunk in bad gameplay.
Defending- 1/10: Absolutely terrible at defending and doesn't really press after the ball is lost.
Physicals- 6/10:
- Jumping- 5/10: He's not good at jumping or heading.
- Stamina- 8/10: He did tend to be low by the end of game, at around 45-55%, but I was force feeding him the ball.
- Strength - 5/10: Because of his unique body type he was sometimes able to just body defenders, but he also got knocked over sometimes because of his lack of actual strength.
Weak Foot and Skill Moves: 5* 5* is extremely good and fun to play around with. The 5* wf is just as good as his strong foot. But more importantly, this card is the best skiller on the game. The ball is literally glued to his foot when he does skill moves, and like I mentioned earlier, the sombrero and rainbow flicks are insane with him. He also felt like he could skill chain very effectively without losing the ball, which is cool.
My Opinion: This card is so much fun to use, and just felt like a glitch when I played with him. He is absolutely full meta too, which is a bonus to any rats wanting to do him, as well. I think he is probably worth 700k too, because of the price of Nani on the market right now, but 700k is a lot.

I transferred him to the offensive line in the 442 system in the game.
He scored many goals for me. It may not be the best (especially physical strength) but his body shape and height is such that he slips like a fish among the defenders.
He scored 18 goals in 20 games for me, but one of his best features is giving the right assists, so he sent 30 assists to Isak tots.
I used to use Ben yeder tots, but he is short and did not have good physical strength. It also had a very high price.That's why I gave up. Due to the high ranking cards that are given in the game, it can be easily bought.
I do not know how to dribble, but it will certainly increase its value for those who dribble in the game.
