Firstly, regardless of my review, I advise you to try this card out because he may potentially be the key player for your squad very unexpectedly. I bought Hazard on my way from Elite 3 to Elite 2 this WL just to check him out and although I am not exactly sure what role he played, the man has got some serious skills.
He is fast, he is agile, he can pass, he can body defenders. Most importantly he EXPLOITS the CAM spaces during opponent's defensive AI runs so effectively, I will show the audacity of titling him the apprentice Raumdeuter. With an Engine CS, Hazard plays like a seriously upgraded version of his Freeze card. I am talking serious upgrades though. In the team, he was partnered with TOTS De Bruyne, TOTS CR7, and Prime Puskás, and he met the ball more than any of these names I mentioned, either to go score, or assists these big fellas upfront. As a reference, think of Hazard as a fuse between Messi's 95 TOTGS card and De Bruyne's positioning at CAM spots. His short passing feels more like a 91 with regards to accuracy and velocity, and his finesse shots come off beautifully. His attacking AI is well balanced, over committing ONLY when you instruct so or press L1.
The only issue I have had was his reactions being a little low, often resulting in him initiating chasing opponents with some delay. Nevertheless, this card will definitely get upgraded as Belgium is one of the favourites to win the Euros and by any chance should this card be 93 or above, I fear he will be a headache to play against...
Thorgan fits very easily into most teams, with his Dortmund hyperlink to Witsel, and strong links to other players such as 94 Delaney, 91 Bellingham, 91 Reus and 93 Piszczek. He can play as a wide man, a central CAM, a CF or, where I prefer to play him, as a striker. I cannot recommend him enough, he is very cheap for the performances he gives are honestly class he plays very similar to, and slightly better than (in my opinion and experience) 93 TOTS Ben Yedder.
4* WF and SM is quite nice and noticeable
Dribbling is broken, 99 agility 98 balance
With a hawk, he has 99 pace, 99 shot
Easily to link and plays well in game
4* WF and SM could have been 5*
84 base physical isn't the highest
His height, 5'9, could be an issue to people who prefer a more physical option
Hi! So I got this card in the first Guaranteed Path to Glory Pack. First I was unhappy, because I didn't really know what to do with him. But since I think he's a cool player and I believe that Belgium can go far in the Euros I finally included him in my team. I started using him with the Hunter, but after his upgrade I switched to Hawk, since it boosts as much pace and shooting and also boosts his physicality. First thing I can say is that he moves across the pitch perfectly. Strikers often annoy me, because they don't move into the spaces that they are given. He instantly sees the spaces (just like Mbappe or Otávio tots) which allowed me to score lots of goals without even having to dribble. I think the player definitely feels like 99pace not slower not faster. There still are defenders like Varane tots or mbabu fb that can outpace him but that's still Fifa we're talking about after all. His shot is insane. He can score from any position (even though he doesn't have the finesse and outside foot shot trait) and nearly wins every 1v1 from without having to use a ball role or the chip , but I've got to say that rarely it happens that he totally mishits the ball. His 4* weak foot didn't really bother me while playing. Another thing I absolutely love about the card is the way he shields the ball. If you get past a defender it often happens that the defenders stick to your striker and then you miss. Not with him. Most of the time he manages to score with a defender sticking on him. I wouldn't say that he has an insane physicality though. Now to his dribbling. I would say his dribbling's decent. You could compare his dribbling to players like gonçalves, Malen or CR7 tots. It gets the job done and you can get past some defenders but there are a lot of players like Neres, Cruyff or Robben that got better dribbling. I mean the 5* skills would definitely make a huge difference. But with a win against Italy there are high chances for the 5*5*upgrade. So start praying!! In the end I would say he's an incredible player especially for the price and if you think Belgium is gonna get the six wins (what would make him an absolute beast) or you don't mind the 4*4* I would certainly pick him up.
I operated a full Bundesliga team, and purchased this card off the market to link his brother Eden into my side. At the time Belgium were only on 2 wins, and I purchased him for 217k on Xbox - about 2 minutes later Belgium scored their opener in their last group game v Finland.
I purchased this card while still only 90 rated, since then I have played with the card at 90 rated, and 92 rated.
I found him to be the quiet star of my Champs last weekend, in 30 games he provided 14 goals and 14 assists (mostly showing brotherly love to Eden). For context only LewanGOALski and his brother Eden scored more (who both play up front), and only Thomas Muller provided more assists.
His overall game play was similar to his performance in real life v Portugal, fairly quiet all game, nothing of note and then pops up with a great goal.
In terms of his card and gameplay, his passing is very good, he is agile and does not feel clunky in anyway so his dribbling also feels good. As the CAM in my team he often tracked back on the left wing and he was surprisingly okay at winning the ball back, and launching a counter attack with Davies. Speed wise he is good too, though it is June so nearly everyone is in that 90+ pace category.
He updated to a 92 rated card during last weeks Champs and this certainly made him better, I noticed he is now a 93 so I'm looking forward to Champs this weekend!

Good links to other Belgian stars ie. his brother, Lukaku, KDB, Mertens, Fellaini
