One time when, I was browsing my club, looking for interesting cards, I found this wonder kid. I gave him a chance to play one game where he proved his worth. That’s how his adventure in my team started.
Looking at the card stats, many would say he’s too weak to perform well in Rivals or Champs. Let me explain this in more details.
I have never seen such perfect passes in my life. Looking at his passing stats, which are 65 without any boost, which is strange. I was amazed with his through balls. He created so many goals with them that I wouldn’t be able to list them all.
His dribbling is amazing, with Finisher it’s 90 and agility is 99. The only major downside I can mention is 3* Skill Moves.
Moving on to the next stat which is shooting. He doesn’t miss a single shoot in the box. His long shots are quite good too. He lacks finesse shots trait, which makes it hard for him to play as a striker, but I’ll explain it more later. If I had to compare him to any player, It would be Ben Yedder 87 Inform. I played every version of his inform, but the second one is the closest one to Moon Seon Min. The significant difference between them is their physicality. My Korean Player is a lot stronger than most of the strikers.
I really enjoyed his play style and positioning so much that, I started testing him in different positions:
1) CM – Playing him in the midfield position, I noticed his strength for the first time. He played among Kante and Baby Makelele and dominated. His tackles and interceptions were putting opponents on the ground. Combined with his incredible pace and passing, he instantly became a key player in the match.
2) CAM – Definitely his best and my favorite position. He’s able to do everything in a match. Starting from interceptions, ending on amazing passes, shots and dribblings. Complete player. I haven’t played anyone, yet who can match Moon Seon Min while he’s playing CAM.
3) ST – In my opinion, his worst position. He’s unable to use his through passes to create goal situations. He lacks height and some traits like: Outside Foot Shot, Finesse Shot, Chip shot. There were examples when he pushed through Varane without any problems, but that’s a bit too little to be the best of all time.
4) RM, RW – His standard position that he has on the card. Looking at pros I mentioned earlier It seemed that he’s a perfect RM/RW player, but there are matches in which specific side of the field isn’t used as much as the rest of it. That’s why, I prefer him as a central player, so that he’s always visible.
5) RB, RWB, LWB – He didn’t impress as much as he did for an offensive midfielder, however it wasn’t something tragic either. Brilliant pace and passing, pretty decent physicality makes him an overall good right defender. However, there is too much competition in my team when it comes to side defenders: Headliners Tavernier, ShowDown Klaiber, What If Mbabu, Future Stars Dest, etc.
In summary, he’s a complete player. Apart from traits, he lacks almost nothing. I am sure that if Anders Vejrgang would use him in the first team, He would continue to win without a single defeat in the FUT Champions. The price/quality ratio is amazing, so anyone can afford him.
Definitely worth trying in your team to see if He would shine as brightly as he does in my team. Moon Seon Min is the missing piece of the puzzle.
