Player Review
88 - TOTGS
What a joy this player is to use on the pitch. Being one of my favorite players in real life, I had to give this card a shot in game; I was not disappointed. Using him correctly allows you to use him at an elite level. Deadeye is the only chemistry style I'd recommend for him. He naturally has the pace and agility with his base stats to perform well; boosting his passing and shot power allows this card to be absolutely magical. He suits the central CAM position best, as his dribbling, passing, and movement is made for it. For his price-point, he is a definite 10/10 card for me; however, to give a fair review I'll assess each area in more detail below.
Pace & Agility: 9.5/10 - Being as short as he is, with his body type and dribbling characteristics, this card glides across the pitch effortlessly. No need to boost these areas as his base stats are more than efficient.
Shooting & Attack-Positioning: 8.5/10 - He has lovely finesse shots in the box (great with both feet). He arrives in the correct areas at the right time.
Passing: 8.5/10 - He has consistent short and long passes. Not quite on a KDB level, but still very solid. Deadeye helps him in this department.
Dribbling: 9/10 - He is a joy to dribble with. He keeps the ball tight to his body and very rarely takes those hated emphasis touches other players make.
Value: 10/10 - For 150k you're not going to find a better value for what you put on the pitch in the CAM position. He would easily be over 300k if he was in another league.
Honestly I could skip this section, but to be fair I'll put down a few minor cons.
Strength: 2/10 - He isn't going to outwrestle defenders for the ball; however, his compact dribbling makes it possible to evade defenders.
Shot Power: 6/10 - He generally will bag loads of goals due to good attack positioning. On occasion if you have to fire through a power shot near post, he will not get it through.
Stamina: 6/10 - Not horrible stamina, but will be a bit tired by the 80 minute mark. Keep him on Stay Forward Instructions to compensate for this.
