Packed him for a 15k pack a while back and had to change my team to fit around him, he is that good. So tall, so fast and so composed on the ball, your option if you’re rocking a bundesliga back line or German side. Quite expensive, but definitely worth every penny in my opinion, and may get some upgrades along the way to make him even more OP.

Pace - Fastest centre back I’ve used or played against this FIFA. Nobody beats him in a foot race

Heading - This man has saved me so much from corners, and also has 38 goals in 250 games, all headers from corners. He is dynamite at the near post

Defending - So solid it’s unbelievable. His tackling and positioning is always top notch, and can reach balls that are so far away thanks to his height.

Dribbling - Surprisingly, his dribbling out from the back is actually relatively good, so can always drive out and deliver the ball to your more attacking players

Strength - He sometimes can get outmuscled, but a sentinel soon sorts that out. No extra pace needed

Passing - Can sometimes be prone to giving it away with a simple short pass, but always gets the ball back anyway.

Best non-icon defender?

Lukas Klostermann was one of the most hyped cards when the database was revealed, with not only great pace and defending but also the height (unlike e.g. Alaba) and passing ability (unlike e.g. Manolas) to be a brilliant meta centre-back.I actually used Klostermann a few times in FIFA 20 to link my untradable Scream Sabitzer, and he always kept me satisfied.
