Krépin Diatta Review (Pre-Upgrade)
By Zezuza, 21-03-2021

Sometimes I'll pick up a player in FIFA who's card has elite stats, but doesn't show those stats in game. They'll have a good agility stat, but they'll feel like a bus in-game if they're too tall or not have the right body type. Krépin Diatta's What If card has this quality, but it the completely opposite sense. Some may see his stats and think that he has a decent card, but nothing special, hence why he is pretty cheap. But in-game, even when off-chem or coming from the bench, EA must have boosted this guy's in-game programming, because he's next-level (keep in mind this is also before his potential upgrade). He has elite pace and dribbling, which feel the same if not better than that of TOTY Davies, who I own and respect greatly. Diatta also has incredible shooting, despite not having any traits and having seemingly average shooting stats for an attacker. The 4 star weak-foot EA claim he has is also fake/secretly boosted, as he honestly feels like he has some sort of hidden 5 star weak-foot because I score so often with it while feeling no difference to his stronger right foot. Some people may be put off or discouraged by his 80 passing, but I can assure you that, even without a pass-strengthening chem style (I use a finisher), he is the most prolific creator on my team. That's not to say that he passes like prime Pirlo or anything, but his passing does not hold him back from being able to play anywhere in attack, even as a CAM/CF as I do. I could write a novel about the many other great things about the card, like his runs and positioning, or his fight-for-the-badge feel with his stamina, work-rates and pressing, but all it boils down to is that this card is incredible and extremely fun to play with, and if you can fit him into your team, or even if you need a 70th minute Weekend League warrior on your bench, I highly recommend giving Monaco and Senegal's very own Krépin Diatta a spin, especially around his current price of ~100K.

The Speed Demon

What If team 2 was generally speaking very underwhelming, but I knew I needed this card as soon as I saw it. I ran Diatta as a striker alongside Dominik Szoboszlai in a 3-5-2, and all games were played in the weekend league.Best Attribute: Lean Body TypeAs someone who has spent a lot of time on the game, it is very apparent how much body type affects stats like dribbling, balance, pace, and strength...

GOAT

When i heard that gelson martins was going to get a what if i was so gassed, but instead we get this machine as a player, i really like playing im on Ram on 4231, he is just insane. if you need a winger with insane pace, nice dribbling and a clinical finesse shot buy this mf. He is the best winger i have ever used and last year i had toty Messi.

Best dribbler in the game

WOW! Packed this card from the 84+ player pick and he surprised me with how good he is. His stats do not lie like many other cards on the game. He can dribble, shoot and even pass. In fact, in some ways, he even plays better than his stats say! In my opinion, the only dribblers on the game that can turn as fast as him is saint maximin and neymar. Definitely underpriced and I can't wait for him to be upgraded so he is even b...
