This man is a beast. It's almost April and I packed him untradable, expecting it to be some good fodder. However last year I had TOTS De Bruyne, and for the nostalgia I decided to try him out. His long shots are amazing, he can hit it from anywhere, on any foot and give the keeper some problems. Even up close, his shot power is insane, and he can finish in any way you need. I used an Engine with him, boosted the pace a little bit, but in that central spot I felt I didn't notice a considerable lack of pace. And with the engine his dribbling is so good, and you feel like you can do most anything you want to. He can pass the ball to any player on the field, and just having him at that CAM position made my whole team feel like they were so much more creative. I do think his in game value depends on you play style, and if you need someone very pacey, he probably isn't for you. But if you need the a threat who can playmake with the best, De Bruyne may be your man.

Got lucky and packed De Bruyne from an untradeable objectives pack during early access and so far, this guy is absolute class. He is the perfect CAM for FIFA. Pace, power, finesse, he has it all. He has more than enough speed to run past defenders. His high dribbling stats and 4* skills allow him to maneuever around almost every midfielder/defender in the early game. So I decided to do 5 premier league premium upgrades, and I was lucky to pack him in the first pack. I play him as CM in a 4-4-2, and I have him on balanced (except cover center) and OMG his attacking AI is so GOOD, the late runs he makes into the box are unreal and he has bagged quite a few goals for him.
