Never try - never know.
When i first used his card I hated it. The second someone went on the counter against me or made a big over the top through ball i was screwed and it was forcing me to go with a quicker but worse defender in the bundesliga and this was when i was in Div 3-4.
After putting him in my new team (422(2)), and set the depth to 40 and the width to 40 he was a different beast, I'm now in Div 1 and concede very few goals.
I haven't got loads of coins (if you see the squad I used him in I managed to pack ronaldo and Zola was an SBC) so if you have 200k+ to spend on a CB then it would probably be worth getting them instead. But for the poorer folk out there looking for an easy way to utilise one of the best cheaper CBs in the game then he is a must. Especially when Schulz gives him a super link who is insane at LB too.
His stand out stats are his Aggression, strength and general tackling. Pushes everyone off the ball easily, messi, neymar, mbappé, 90-93 rated icons, ronaldo etc etc - and with a anchor chemistry style has 99 in the following stats:
