Fun box to box midfielder

To start with, he doesn't look like an all-star player for most people's teams. I thought so too. He is one of the absolute legends for my favourite club, so I thought of picking him up, especially with all the Eredivisie cards out right now.

He surprised me greatly. His ability to dribble, pass and shoot are surprisingly good. Not anything out of this world, but just very good.

His pace (with a hunter in my case) is great. It feels like that in game too.

Shooting is no problem for Dirk Kuyt (with a hunter). His close range shots nearly always go in and even his finesse shots bring a great xG with them.

Short passing and vision is probably what makes him better than average. Apart from all other stats, his passing is just fine too. Which occassionally makes him a game-changer. His crossing is not the best, but hey, for a box 2 box CM, who cares.

His dribbling is surprisingly good. Can dribble past anyone, but not with skill moves. His 3* skillmoves (and weakfoot!) lets him down massively.

Defending is no problem for Dirk. He can perfectly intercept a ball when the opponents least expect it, so there's that.

His strength is a little on the lower side for a CM, but we move. His agression makes up for it. In addition with 90 minute stamina, that is greatly appreciated.

All in all, a great and fun to use card that is tall enough and with high/high workrates, expect to see him everywhere on the pitch! 100% worth the price!

What A Dutch Beast

i've played him for 20 games now over the weekend and he rocked. he is playing as the neutral CDM in a 4222 next to Kessie. my weekend leauge i went 14-6 but the only player who was always good was Kuyt. I first wanted to use him because he is a dutch idol but he is just so good. 10/10 recommend

Bro he is so good. I packed him from the pack i got for preordering the game. I used an engine on him, and he is THE BEST playmaker I have used so far. He has very good passes,shooting,dribbling and also great physical. I mostly used him in a 4231 as a RAM or a CAM. He is ok also as rcm.
