Best low budget ST

Perfect, he is perfect. He is Rapid he can shoot he can dribble he can even score with the head. Best striker i've used so far with bailey EVO probably. Only issue he can not pass, after like 10 meters the pass just drifts away and the opponent has it. He is completely class exept of his passing.
