Waited years to pack a TOTY and this year was blessed with Xavi on day one and her on the last. I'm grateful but it feels scripted still!? Like the worst TOTY icon and arguably TOTY Midfielder. After 20 games of weekend league and my first yearly tank one.( Lost second to last game) can tell you it dosent matter what TOTY you get at this time of the year they are a cheat code in the power curve of the game. It's Jan, TOTY week, and I just completed Zidane completely for free and all gold and IF cards only. That's as an adult. Working a full time job and paying the bills. I'm sure a ton did it faster, I'm just saying anyone complaining about the price was doing something else with their fodder. I did one 88 icon pick, Lloris, and Stuck Ballack though I can't say the same completely as I used recycled and promo cards

Yo am I the only one who's realized having him on as your RB, allows his left footed slide tackles (thank god for that playstyle or this would get you reds) to prevent rats from spamming down that sideline anymore. Everyone's talking about he's the best "LB" in game. I've been getting rank one (and 2) with Lodi as my RB and EVO Cap lined up at LB, used as CM with his 4*5* and H/M WR's, then the 2nd to this secret sauce, Bacha as my starting LW moved to LB. It gives you Lodi's mad defending on your right and Bachas whipped cross+, and Caps Incisive+ as an attacking nightmare on your left. Someone take the to try that out and thank me when you love the game again!

VVD is on another level. The only ones who reliably give me rank one in Champs is Blanc and VVD. I sold my 89 Kompany and Maldini is being recycled into Zidane SBC. I am hoping my Saliba once evoed will do the trick. (Seems like lengthy 6'4+ with jockey and anticipate are the only real OP defenders)

My Maldini went ZIDANES SBC as when I would switch him out for my Base VVD (nike version I got during release) during two weekend leagues and my only clean sheets came with VVD on the pitch. Blanc was still clear or Maldini, I think the CB needs anticipate. Idk honestly what makes him so fucking good. I'm evoing Saliba now to get the 84 pace and Jockey+ playstyle. If he isn't faster than VVD, I will quit this years game.

Crazy I was having same thoughts and for the first time in all my years playing FUT packed a milly card in a store 50k pack in getting the new Mo Salah. Sold him after realizing his WF and lack of Finesse playstyle+ makes him far below that price in actual value and after buying a few player to fill out my team I wondered what to do with my extra 700k and I landed on this exact same idea. Took me an hour to buy all 112 as I got many for -5! Get some money and at least buy one because your investment logic is flawlesss!

I bought him on the 15th. Finally used some of the 4800 fifa coins trying to complete Rodrygo, PACKED 91 Salah, used him of course but he's actually mid without the OP Finesse shot, so sold him and wasn't going to make the same mistake with Griezman. Look at the AVG Goals on each edition, he's scoring 20% more often and is based on an enormous amount of games comparatively. I think what's happening is people are realizing why I did late just a little later, that's the Finesse Playstyle+ is not only fun to have and sometime useful like Trickester going going forward or Jockey on the way back (both amazing) FINESSE SHOT + is a MUST have and the more attackers with it the more goal you're going to score! With that fact I end this novel of a quote. I will not sell this tradable version UNTIL he hits 250k, the crazy thing is I think he will, my prediction is he's half the cost of his 89 card in two weeks time!
