His passing is pretty excellent IRL, but I suppose 81 could be more stingy.

11.09.23

Still the only gold outfield one star weak foot.

17.09.23

Probably flew.

His last contract at Sociedad was a 5 year one (since 2018), and it sounds like he had another contract offer there, but maybe moving to the MLS (at 33, though I know a lot of players stay relevant in Spain beyond that) just made sense for his plans winding down his career and life after that.

21.09.23

Yeah it was awful, but if it helps, he wasn't RandomIrishMan's grandpa yet.

05.04.24

Came home from never leaving the house in the first place, grind some packs, pack Jorginho every time.

04.03.24

He seems like he's always been at least pretty good at passing at Liverpool, but if things keep working like they have so far this season (4 assists in 5 games), he'd get 30 assists (if my math checks out) and people will take notice.

It's also kinda encouraging that each of his assists this season have been to a different player (Núñez, Díaz, Gakpo and Robertson).

Hi Mr. Terry

05.04.24

I know it's hyperbole, but Joe does have 15 appearances so far this season.

25.11.23

Tottenham are "in talks" to sign him.

02.01.24

Go easy on him he's been in his 20's 4 months.

23.12.23

Was averaging about 3,000 league minutes in Leed's last 4 seasons in the Championship before they got promoted, then he averaged 2,000 minutes in his 2 Premier League seasons with Leeds (missed 7 games in the first with shoulder and then calf injuries and 13 matches to a hamstring injury in the second). Manchester City paid €49,000,000 (£41,650,000) to sign him and he missed 10 league matches pretty much immediately with a shoulder injury, but played 90' twice and otherwise no more than 35' for a total 290' last season, then 89' this season in 4 appearances, and already 201' in 4 appearances

26.02.24

He's been injured most of the season and is there on loan, which probably don't help matters (unless there's a contractual obligation to play him at least a certain number of minutes when available).

01.01.24

Yeah, I feel like it's good that such an important member of the club gets such a big payday elsewhere, at a time when they'd be parting ways with the starting eleven they'd been such a vital part of. It's regrettable that it comes at such a cost for vulnerable members of society, but I hope that all the conversations his decision have stirred up can be valuable.

13.09.23

Dude's 35 getting paid by Tottenham to rehab at home. Imagine getting paid by Spurs but you don't have to go to Tottenham.

14.02.24

Twelve

06.12.23

And the Sparta Praha past and then past again 15 years later squad.

05.04.24

Don't worry everybody I got Mané and Ødegaard to balance it out a bit.

05.04.24

Search your feelings.

28.09.23

I don't think you're allowed to do that.

14.02.24

If you're making 7 million Euro a year and risk it for 20K, it might not be about the money.

23.12.23

"Be a Scottish left-back" they said...

13.09.23

Lovely Gerrard'd header for Cushion!

16.09.23

which were brutal for West Ham, including getting sent off for 2 yellows in the last one, then West Ham win the one he's suspended for.

Sorry for that unsolicited info dump, I just wanted to say he's probably having a very bad time right now but his form will be severely hindered by how poorly things at City have gone, and yeah it's a short loan so if he does improve if he can keep getting minutes it'll be just in time to go back to City (I don't know if there're any agreements for potential purchase) where he has another 4 years on his infernal contract, so be gentle on the poor guy.

26.02.24

His base card has been 90 rated or better in every FIFA since FIFA 12, so if you knew in any of those years that Cristiano would have an 88 rated inform this year, you'd know his base card would be lower than that, suggesting a pretty serious overall decline.

04.04.24

His last special card was FIFA 22.

06.12.23

Good observation. He took just 2 corners (I don't know how to check free kicks without actually watching football and counting) but both his goals were from open play.

I'd be neat if EA had earned a reputation of adjusting performance based special cards in that much detail, like where an inform or ones to watch card could have playstyles added for bending their shots or even being especially press resistant or jumping over another gentleman.

18.10.23

A player's agent probably shouldn't have a membership in the extralegal mob, distributing pitchforks, regardless of if the mob has a point, unless they're a key witness to the player bludgeoning a librarian with a terrier.

18.10.23

He's currently only behind Haaland and Salah on the top scorers chart this season.

29.12.23

A 35k pack in promo packs in the store.

05.04.24

17 goals in 25 league appearances you'd think he'd have picked up more performance based cards than the one inform.

23.04.24

Currently 79 rated in H2H.

23.04.24

Ratio debriefing

10.10.23

Yeah but scoring 35% as many goals and getting relegated when you're hitting your later thirties is sending EA some signals they aren't going to gloss over. He had a flashback card in 23, it'll be sad if his End of an Era card is in the Championship (though hopefully all special cards will be premium or chemistry will be gone altogether by the time he retires).

13.09.23

He's 38 and still barely misses a game for a team like Real Madrid.

20.12.23

:open_mouth:

11.09.23

That seems statistically unlikely, but good for them if their workplace is that supportive/tolerant.

15.09.23

NO TIME TO EXPLAIN, TAKE OFF YOUR PANTS (get your wallet and keys out first), PUT MY PANTS ON AND GO START THE CAR.

08.12.23

Acrobatic+ is neat, especially when his base card doesn't have any acrobatic playstyle. 75 volleys feels a bit low, but it's up from 58, so +17 from his base card, which is neat but would it be cool if he got like, 87 volleys, and any future informs, if they weren't for a likely goal of the season bike goal, had significantly lower volleys? I guess in this scenario all or at least the most significant performance based special cards would get their stat boosts that reflect how they played in the game/s the card is for, which would be cool, to feel like EA is engaged that much with the sport.
