Best Prem CAM for the $?

PL Mertens?

This FUT Birthday Mahrez is most comparable to Mertens, so if you like Mertens but need a full Prem side, Mahrez is your guy.

My card has a HUNTER Chem style so his finishing+passing+dribbling ability sitting behind two pacey strikers was very good.

Feels Great on Ball - 91 Acceleration,97 Agility, 89 Balance, 93 Ball Control, and 93 Dribbling + 5* skills
Great Finishing - 4* Weak Foot with a Hunter Chem style made his low driven shots unstoppable. 88 Curve helped when finesse shots were needed
Passing - Great passing stats accompanied by his threat to shoot or make advancement on his own allowed for easy passing and through balls to pacey strikers.
Pace - in the Prem he would only be rivaled by Sterling's PTG card, but with 4* WF compared to Sterling's 3*, he beats him out especially considering price. Makes rapid runs and gets in behind when needed.
Price - For under 100k he is a no brainer to me, that being said his price may drop even more as the FUT Birthday promo ends. 100k may seem like alot but in a narrow formation your CAM is the most influential position in my opinion, so hes well worth it.

Stamina - as the CAM he is constantly on ball or making runs, so he may not feel as crisp from the 75th min on. Lozano Alessandrini or newly released Kaka may be needed for late into games
Strength - if you are looking for a physical beats, Mahrez is not the one.
