To give you a quick run down. This guy is the perfect striker in my opinion. With 91 finishing he has the most clinical shooting I've seen in this game. Scores them from all angles all day long, inside and outside the box. He's only 5ft 11 but don't be fooled, he wins the majority of headers with 94 jumping and with 91 heading I genuinely think across 30 games he only missed one header. Seriously can't stress his arial ability enough. He was better in the air than IF Mandzukic. Last thing. I've used a lot of players this year with great finishing but can't for the life of me get them into a scoring position. Not the case with Icardi. IG his dribbling feels great and it's easy to cut through defenders. Also his first touch is great so when you send a long ball to him or a cross he has perfect control. I think positioning is the most underrated stat in this game. Icardi has 92, which means he's always in the right place at the right time.

Pace and passing (although you hardly ever notice at all in game)
As a huge Icardi-fan I wanted to try him ASAP. The moment I had enough coins to buy him and Perisic I immediately bought them. As expected, Icardi was great for me. He has scored 146 goals and assisted 53 times in 140 games. He is just as lethal as in real life and has no problem with finishing. His heading is really good, if he has enough space. Despite his 94 jumping, he doesn't win a lot of headers against tall defenders like Davinson Sanchez. His pace wasn't a major issue for me, because my playstyle relies on build up and passing. Therefore his pace was fine for me. He only has 58 curve and 70 long shots, but still he scored a lot of finesse shots out of the box. His short passing was fine and I didn't had much problems with his dribbling and agility. He isn't the strongest the striker you'll find, but I didn't had any problems with his 76 strength.
His finishing is just insane. Inside or outside the box, low driven or finesse. He's great.
His shooting ability is a real game changer, can score some really tough shots.
4 star weak foot is great for a striker who relies on his finishing.
Heading is a definitely a pro, but he needs some space.
If you prefer strikers with pace, he might not fit your playstyle.
His dribbling isn't the best with only 3 star skills, 77 dribbling and 76 agility.
He is the Best heading player in the whole game (better than cr7) you can expect to score from half of your corners or any cross than the ball touches to his head and with hunter chem style his shooting was okay but not exceptional. And as you can see he is not the best runner or the passer but if you are thinking to get a quality ST for your Serie A team choose icardi over immobile I played 50 games with both and and I can tell that he is clearly much better.
Ok, so you're looking for a Seria A striker to put the goals in the net. Like me, you most likely have been looking at stats for hours, comparing the likes of Higuain, Immobile, Mandzukic etc to see which player you will buy. Stop comparing, start buying Icardi.
I bought Icardi based on the reviews of Futbin. Wanted to get Immobile first, but decided to have faith in my fellow Fut colleagues and never regretted it one bit. Icardi has all you need on a striker:
Decent pace
Clinical finishing + insane positioning
Good reactions
Jumping springs
He is always in the right spot. Rebound from the keeper, Icardi is there for the tap in. Cross to any of the posts, guess who shows up? With a corner there's a 50/50 chance of Icardi heading the ball in goal, it should be illegal. He is the go to striker for me with Serie A and it will take a while before I will replace him!
Perfect positioning
Aerial threat
Always in the right place in the right time
Decent balance + composure
Good pace for a striker
Passing isn't that great, but who passes primarily with their ST?
