This IF Talisca card is absolutely incredible. Finesse shots from the edge of the box using timed finishing with either foot are nearly unstoppable with this card. He feels remarkably agile for someone his size, and he is relatively quick over short and long distances even without a pace-boosting chemistry style. He makes an exceptional CAM, but his defensive skills are so good that he could be useful as a CM or even CDM in a pinch, as his long legs seem to allow him to make tackles that shorter players can't pull off. The stamina was not a problem for me, but if you play an extremely aggressive style, you might need to sub him off if the game goes to extra time. He's comfortable on the ball in every situation. If you can fit him into your team, I'm not sure there's a better value-for-money player in FIFA 19 at this point.
Now to start off, I have used many 'top tier' CM's this year ( Kroos, Isco, Fred, Eriksen, Paulinho) but I can assure you that this guy is the best of them all. Absolute beast. I use him as the LCM in a 4-1-2-1-2 (2) and he absolutely controls both the midfield and attack. He is incredibly solid going into challenges seeing as he his very tall and has an OK defensive statistic. Not only does he solidify your midfield, he also provides so much for your attack. His finishing for me was unrivalled for players in similar positions and his long shot's were absolutely unbelievable. He is one of those players that, when you have no other options, bombs up the pitch and makes a perfect run to either finesse it or just drill it onto the bottom corner. HIs 4* 4* combo makes him deadly from the edge of the box because if he is in a difficult situation he either has the ability to shoot with his weak foot or just do a quick turn and utilise his 4* skills. His passing is emphatic and he will rarely miss the intended target. Overall, for 30k, the best CM in the game for the money and if you are on a budget, go out and get this guy. He isn't even that difficult to fit into a team due to him being Brazilian.

Possibly stamina. But to be completely honest with you I didn't really notice it to be that much of an issue.
Being not too satisfied with my first iteration of my Italian/Brazilian starter team, I wanted to switch my weaker links out. Talisca blessed me with a golden opportunity. He would be my leading midfielder (bought for 40K) in my revamped team instead of Gómez. And boy, did he take control. I switch to a 4-3-2-1 formation, with him switching from his central CM spot to the LCM spot, where he pickes up a free playing role. Here he commands my team towards victory.
When his IF was released, he stood out for his complete package. 3 80+, 2 70+, and 1 60+ stat(s) made him an ideal midfielder in my eyes. Yes, he wasn't as fast as Gómez was, but I needed change. And change he brought. I am now a follower of His Holiness Anderson Talisca.
Pace:
A nice bump to 78 gave him just a little extra pace, always helpful in a game mode where the majority uses fast players. No, he isn't Adama fast, but he does get the job done with the tools he's got available to him.
Shooting:
Who needs an ICBM? Not Talisca, his destruction is more widespread and accurate. Who needs the Baikonur Cosmodrome? Not Talisca, he launches his own rockets. Who needs guns? Not Talisca, his feet are more deadly. Who needs shooting? Not Talisca, it's the shooting which needs Talisca. My goodness, he just bangs them in like it's nothing! Absolute bangers? No challenge. Ez fnishes? It's almost a joke. Weak foot shots? He doesn't have a weak foot. What's also impressive is his positioning when attacking. He's always available no matter how many players are back helping the defense. If there is a gap, Talisca will find it.
Passing:
Excellent, just excellent. Distributes the ball for his own enjoyment, as these puny mortals cannot match his skills. Short passes arrive flawlessly, long passes will reach their mark too, and crosses are his speciality. His shooting and passes do have more curves than your favourite curvy women. His free kicks should be great too, however I haven't gotten a proper free kick chance yet.
Dribbling:
His dribbling is smooth. For such a tall player he does have incredible ball control and dribbling abilities. His somewhat weaker balance is not too noticeable. His agility is noticeable, in a good way. He feels more agile than his card shows, adding another weapon to an already scary looking card.
Defending:
Nothing to complain about. It's as good as you could expect from this card. Nothing special, but he gets the job done. When tracking back I did feel confident in his defensive capabilities. He rewards this confidence with ball possession most of the time. His heading is indeed accurate as well.
Physical:
More of a secret weapon, his physical attributes are better than what they appear to be like. Stamina isn't the best (he will get exhausted at the match's conclusion), but his strength feels higher. He hardly loses his duels. His jumping ain't bad either! When jumping, this tall lad towers above the defense, heading in a couple of goals for me in the process. Don't underestimate his jumping, or you'll regret the moment the ball touches his head
I would suggest using a chemistry which increases his pace, as that is one of the weaker aspects of his game. Dribbling feels wonderful with a boost too, so I might suggest that too. That'll mean the Engine chemistry style. However the last one is up to personal preference. Because how can you get wrong with God himself, right?
Double 4* (his WF feels like 5*)
Finishing (long range, curve, you name it)
Positional awareness
His physical stats feel better than what they show
Picked this guy up late September, for 36K, and 77 games, 50 goals, and 30 assists later. That's has been the best investment I have made. 4* Weak 4*Skills. Absolutely fantastic
Finesse shots from outside the box, go in 9/10. His passing is incrediblely accurate. And him being 191 Cm / 6'3 Inches, makes it impossible to knick the ball off him.
60 out of the 77 games, i have used him as an Cam, and that is where he is absoloutelty best. Especially with an Engine or Basic chem style.
His stamina is really bad tho. I usually take him off after 70-75 mins. But at that time he has already banged in an hattrick ;)
My advice would be to pick him up now, because his price will only rise.
This guy is the perfect CAM/CM/CDM for your squad, he is a total game changer. I play him as a CDM (also used him as a CAM and CM throughout this FIFA) alongside Fabinho in a 4-2-3-1 formation and Talisca is doing everything offensively while Fabinho is backing up. I like playing with 1 defensive CDM and 1 kinda offensive one, so 1 can pull the strings and the other one helps out defensively. He wins headers, scores goals, provides assists and can even tackle the players like Messi, Suarez, Neymar and Hazard. I have to admit that he struggles with CR7 and Flashback Ibrahimovic but therefore Fabinho is in the squad.
