This is my first actual review so bare with me thanks!
aAs the title says I personally think this CB is underrated simply because of the price tag EA are asking us to pay for him and the fact that TOTS is around the corner which I think is fair enough. Furthermore, people take the stats for granted and in my experience and I am sure in most of the FIFA players stats don't reflect the player in game. I have completed this SBC I spend some coins roughly 40k or 50k for missing IF and Douglas Costa for Juve player. Before him I had Juan Jesus FUT Swap and I really loved that card for 84 he was a machine with Shadow and Barzagli for me at least was pretty decent upgrade he is also a machine with Shadow and links just as good as Jesus did to my Florenzi. With that in mind I need fast CB on the right because my instructions to my Florenzi are so he gets forward and leaves whole right side open and RCB covers for both positions ingame and I must say Barzagli does pretty well in doing that job. People complain about low stamina and because of his work rates I don't find that an issue he easily last whole 90mins even with potential running around and covering for Florenzi ONLY IF needed that is. His defending is top class, so are his physicals outside of stamina again no troubles there for me. I think he is not worth the price tag EA has put on him but I think he is very usable player. I did him with mostly red picks and some high rated golds from my club and I am happy that I did him high caliber defender VERY TOTS like if people want to call it that but once again expensive. I can only recommend him If you aren't bothered about TOTS just like I am (probably won't pack a single TOTS anyway :')) and if it fits your team like he does in my team. Onto the pros and cons we go.....
Pace - with Shadow he has 89 Acc and 99 SS. Not many defenders have 99 SS outside of high end TOTY and Icons and probably Manolas
Defending - with Shadow his Defending is simply disgusting(in a good way)
Physicals - Very very Good. aggression lets him down tiny bit (no troubles for me there especially ingame). Stamina also lets overall Physical stat down.
Composure - well the number speaks for itself really (92)
Cost - he costs 250k give or take to make from scratch. Main reason why few to none will do his SBC.
Stamina - I dont truthfully find it as a con he lasts whole 90mins no troubles but to some this could be a con.
Reactions - not the highest but not the worst. Usable.
Heading Acc - wish it was higher but still scores goal here or there from corners.
Passing - Little low but truth be told he doesn't need 99 short/long passing to make one simple pass to CM.
