I packed this card in a UCL upgrade SBC. He is a fantastic goalie. After 150 games with him, i feel like it is just the right time to write a review on the card. The chemistry style I use is Glove, it makes him play a lot better than the Basic one. Despite the big price difference, I feel like he is 100% worth the upgrade if you are thinking of buying him.
Standout pros:
Diving - will save the majority of the saveable shots on target because his reach while diving is really nice
Handling - routinely catches powerful shots, also rarely pushes the ball in the path of an arriving attacker after a save
Automated movement - will ALWAYS come out for the ball if the oposition player's pass is too strong or if he has a chance to catch the ball and break up the attack
Reflexes - has made a lot of difficult saves in tight scenarios for me
Height - taller keepers do feel better this year in my opinion, and he is 6'4''
Other positives:
Positioning - will generally be in good positions, if you are good at moving your goalie with the right stick, it will help a lot considering his good handling and reflexes
1 on 1 - has made decent saves 1 on 1 with the attacker, by no means exceptional, but not bad either; moving your goalie with the right stick helps out again in these situations
Speed - feels quite fast for a GK, but his good decision making on opposition through balls and passes definitely makes this stat feel better than it actually is
Nation/League combo - has strong links to Marquinhos/Kimpembe/Silva, Italian Icons and a soft link to Bonucci
Quite composed - don't fear passing the ball back to him in tight situations, he is capable of picking up the dribble and either clearing the ball or making a decent enough pass to a teammate
Coming out for crosses and corners - this one is interesing; he actually does often come out and position himself well on crosses and corners, but other times he will not come out even if there is a clear-cut chance to grab the ball from the ground or out of the air; using the Y button (XBox) or the triangle (PS) in certain situations helps, but it still doesn't solve the problem completely
Kicking - not a massive downfall, but dont expect him to make pinpoint long passes to your midfielders and strikers
