I used suarez after i tried a few other strikers. I tried lacazette and inaki williams but suarez was better then them both. He is the all in one striker that finishes every shot you shoot with him. Best striker so far.
Well, when I see the new overall for Luisito I was a little bit disappointed, 89 is in my opinion too low for him... oh wait? WHAT? 35.000 coins? Buy now, buy now, buy now!!!
Play him as main striker in a 4 2 3 1 formation or even in a 4 3 3, this guy had to be hadle with care. I mean, is not like Lucas or Rashford, is not an unstoppable train that overruns defenders: he's a brilliant players that comes back, hold the ball, makes smart passes and smart movement. Look at the stats men! He's slow? Yes, he is. But how about shooting? SICK. Passing? same as a good CAM. Dribbling? not bad at all... Phisical stats? see the combo aggression and strenght! Can he bites the defenders and chomp their limbs? He can, of course. His mission is scoring goals, but you have to be patient and understand how to use him, you won't be disappointed.
The main attribute that makes him particular is the style of play, as I told he comes down next to the CF/CAM position due his medium def. workrate and he presses very hard with his high attacking workrate. The result? a lethal mix between a sniper-style striker in the box and a surprisingly agile and smooth player. But on the other hand it means that you will NOT have a player that attacks always deep waiting for long balls. If you have other player that can do that, well Suarez will be a perfect partner for them serving assist and key passing.
You prefer to throw long balls and overrun defenders? Go buy Zaha, Lucas etc...

So one day when I was bored of using morales i was searching for another la liga striker. To my surprise i saw suarez went down to 50k. Fifty thousand coins for an 89 rated, why not. Tried him at striker, didnt have pace, tried him at CAM, he had good enough pace and now hes back at striker. Why? well he cant stop scoring. As much as i love morales suarez is putting some good fucking WORK. Put a marksman on him and now you have one of the best finishers in the game while also having amazing strength anda agility. Give him the ball close to or in the area LT, turn around and shoot, you have now scored. Cant shoot with his right foot? use his left, not much of a difference. Also hes good at FK's.
First of, i play 4231 in game with casemiro and de jong behind and fekir in the middle.
Since i bought Suarez, i didnt think that he would be any good at all, that he would feel sluggish, but it hasnt been like that. He is a beast If you have tested and like jovic, suarez is basically a better version of him, although with 4 weak foot, which hasnt felt like a problem to me anyways.
His lack of dribbling is completely fixed with the engine chemistry, and he doesnt need better shooting stats, so in my opinion it is the best choice for him.
The biggest problem you may find is the pace, you cant send him a long deep pass and expect him to get it before the defender, so you have to adapt your way of playing to that, Go building up slowly through the middle or through the sides and get him the ball when you are close to the ball. Dont be afraid of using skills with him, because with the engine chem he will do them nicely.
He is as well an absolute goal scorer. It almost doesnt matter where you are shooting from. it will go in, and with both legs.
About the physical, he is great as well. He is able to hold the ball very well even under pressure. Anyways, his jumping is actually low but i never cross the ball, so i havent felt it.
Summing up, he is a great striker although you may have to adapt your way of playing to his pace, but if you use him properly he will be amazing for you. I think he is the best La Liga striker.
In one match, he is a beast, then in another game, he disappears. I played him as an only striker and it was a disaster. He was not quick enough (even with hunter) to be played as a solo striker. Then, I started to play 4222 formation with 86 IF Pleá in front and it was kinda better, he wasn't scoring that much, but at least he was assisting to Pleá. To be fair, once in a while, he can score an absolute screamer from 25 yards, but then, he fails to score in 1v1. You can buy him, but don't play him as a single striker.
Used Suarez here as a CAM, and he absolutely came through for me almost every game. Every time I needed a goal he would reliably supply with goals. He has everything I want in a CAM, he can finish, he can dribble, he can even push off some of the big guys back in defense. He will play like a second striker, and move up next to your striker, even as a CAM, but that never bothered me. If you use solid mid-fielders, they will compliment his offensive playstyle very nicely. Suarez shines the most right outside the box, where you have multiple options with him: you can dribble it through, go for a fast through ball, but don't be afraid to just go for the finish. This guy is a real closer, he scored more goals than any striker that I put in front of him.

I want to comment on his #1 attribute, the reason to buy this card: his shooting. If you can dribble free from defenders with this guy and get the ball on his right foot, he will 9/10 just casually curve the ball around the goalkeeper, it does not matter if you are inside the box or not. In my previous squad I used KDB as my CAM, imo suarez does it better. Your job is to get him in the position, if you can he will put it in with simplicity and flair.
