I have been using Neuer and he´s great in this game but I switched my bundesliga defence out for a La Liga one so I had to go search for a new GK.
It was really eazy deciding who to choose, cuz I had already bought my Madrid defence so he fitted in perfectly chemistry wise.
I used Ter Stegen in 85% of my games in last FIFA and he was class, Courtois sucked last FIFA so I wasn´t expecting alot BUT he had great season at Real Madrid and has had a fantastic start to this current season at Madrid so I was hoping for EA to make him like he is playing in real life and they deffinetly have or atleast this TOTW card.
First game and this guy is making saves that my former GK, the great Manuel Neuer didn´t even try to save so I was really impressed early on. He is a true shot stopper when players shoot in the penalty box, like when you are in situations like "aah that´s a goal for sure" Thibout fuck´n Courtois steps up and saves your ass.
He really plays like he´s playing in real life at Real Madrid, he keeps you in games that you should be losing.
He´s Tall, really tall, like 6´6 tall.Fantastic at coming out for corners cuz he catches everything with his long hands. Good luck trying to score corners on me with him and Ramos in the box.
Great throws, He got that ´Long GK throws´ trait, so he´s great at throwing that ball to the wings or wherever you want him to throw the damn ball, it really helps alot sometimes.
Shot Stopping Phenomenon, he makes saves that you are not used to see, if you dont believe me then fuckin try him and don´t lie to me about how many times he won games for you
His short passing skills, he´s a decent passer under pressure (ONLY SHORT PASSES) and has a solid 3star WF for simple passes.
His skills at kicking the fucking ball, I love this card but jesus fucking christ, He can´t kick the ball a good distance away from the goal. If you are trapped with him, kick the ball out of play rather then trying to make some pass forward, and dont even try doing it on his right foot, the ball will just go out of play.
Thats all I noticed from him after about 15 games. I´m deffinetly gonna keep him cuz he is a brilliant Goalkeeper
