Now I know the objectives look very time consuming, but trust me, IT’S WORTH THE TIME. First of all this is a Rttf card so it has the potential to get better as the season goes which makes this card a MUST GET. They could possibly go to the Europa League, and make this card an absolutely insane card. His height is not a problem, and his heading ability is DISGUSTING. His defensive positioning is amazing as he is always in the right place and could easily strip the ball off of players with his amazing agility and balance. His reactions make him an Ai blocking tank, and his pace can even catch an Iniaki, rashford, or a mbappe. Slap an anchor on this beast, and he will perform miracles on the field. Adding to the card, his links to other players are amazing being French in la liga. His passing isn’t the best despite having decent long and short passing. His vision is bad, but most likely will get upgraded. EA are finally bringing in good content into objectives and I’m all for them.

I played 10 hours straight to get this card and I'm glad I did, after packing Virgil Van Dijk and Raphael Varane 3 days prior i put them all into a 5 back linking them with areola in net, he has saved me on several counter attacks and don't be put off by his height, standing small at 5'10 he can still win headers with his 99 jumping
This guy is really amazing, good pace, good passing and an extraordinary defense, he always made the important tackle, i actually played 15 FutChampions games with him in my defense instead of Lenglet, and he is a beast, my defense is : F.Mendy - him - Ramos - Navas.
He is very fast, can keep attackers off the ball and his AI blockings are also great for me. I hope he gets a lot of upgrades so he will get even better. I think he is maybe the best center back in de game right know. Because he is agile and his passing is great which Varane doesn't have. I used Joe Gomez but for me Kounde feels faster and feels much better with the ball. His stamina is not that good but is is a bit worse than lenglet and diego carlos and they can last a whole game but at the end of a match Kounde is tired so that can be a problem. He did score 2 corners for me in 10 games so that is also great.

I struggled to get him, as I started playing on 10th of November with the day Xbox was released. I spent about 10 hours to finally get this guy and I can't say that it was not worth! He is incredible, I used him already in 150 matches and this guy matched with Gomez/Varane/VVD really shows up. He will get upgrade to 84 already and I hope Sevilla can make it atleast to the semi-final. Really great defender
I know this card came out a long time ago but I felt the need to review him. I have played over 400 games with this card and, for the most part, he has been excellent throughout. However I feel that he is now beginning to fall behind the power curve, if Sevilla beat Dortmund in the UCL then the card will be excellent again, unfortunately I don't see that happening and think that this card will remain 84 rated and fall begin to fall further and further behind the power curve, hopefully Sevilla can prove me wrong and I can continue to enjoy using this card.
His pace with a shadow is great for a centre back, even with an anchor his pace isn't a big problem.
His dribbling is amazing for a centre back, jockeying with Kounde is much faster and more responsive than Varane, who he plays next to.
As mentioned previously his strength is a bit of a problem at this stage in the game, you can give him an anchor to fix this but that means you'll lose some pace.
The stamina can be annoying especially if a game goes to extra time, this being said there are lots of centre backs on the game that are very popular that have lower stamina, this is not a huge problem.
Kounde is quite small, luckily headers are hard to score this year so this is not a massive problem but Kounde consistently losing headers to taller players, even with his amazing jumping, can get quite frustrating.
I start with 4-3-3 and switch to 4-2-3-1 with Kante and Sissoko as CDM's. Sounds solid defense-wise, but this 82 rated Kounde has screwed me over so many times. I know he is getting upgraded soon so I hope it fixes some of the problems even though I highly doubt it. I pair him with Varane and he is a beast, nothing else. But when it comes to Kounde (82-rated) he seems to be bullied by every striker in Div.1 and Gold 2+ Rivals. When I first got him he was good in lower ranks such as Div.3 but when it comes to sweaty games he is lost. His (L2+R2) is slow and tbh he feels more like 75 pace, pair that with low strength and being short. This guy just aint it. Every through ball my opponents does, it feels like turning a mf truck with Kounde his acceleration feels like 50 and he cant catch up. Every 1v1 with the keeper especially in Div.1 is basically a goal... I do recommend him for lower ranks and it is nice that he will be upgraded. This review is based on the 82 version. Every other review is so positive so I figured I'd give my honest opinion on him, dont hate me lol.
