I picked him up for 1,48 kk a week ago because I knew I needed a strong link for FUT Birthday Renato. Actually hadn't played Figo before in any FIFA and therefore didn't really know what to expect. Ended up using him as a RS in a narrow diamond formation with a Finisher Chem Style. Played 27 games of WL (23:4) and 11 games of Div 1 with him and he racked up 38 goals and 22 assists in the process.
His H/L work rates make him exploit open spaces in attack incredibly well and with the proper Chem Style he basically finished everything. Didn't notice his 4*WF at all when using his left. Personally I don't think he needs the pace boost as the 95 acceleration makes him very explosive. Directional nutmeg works very well with him in the box. Only reason for a pace boost would be if your play style heavily relied on through balls which is not really how I play.
Figo's also quite strong and knows how to shield the ball very well. This however brings me to his only notable downside. In slow gameplay, which you will face at some point in WL, his dribbling can feel a little sluggish. It's perfectly fine though when the connection is decent. Overall this card really surprised me and I can see myself using him for quite a while. My other two attacking players are TOTY Mbappé and IF Neymar and he did not fall behind in terms of influence and scoring power.

For several weeks I was looking for alternatives for the Right Wing position in my Real Madrid thematic squad, as close to the goal as possible; I tried with Raúl Moments, Benzema TOTS, Puskas, but there was always something that did not convince me.
That's when I came up with a way to put Figo on the team; studying his letter it seemed that it would only be "one more letter to try", but it was already clear to me that this is the one.
Although, Figo is not a goal card due to his body type, his double 4-star combo, and some of his statistics, he is a very compliant natural winger and his in-game performance will surprise you. .
Just like in real life, when you saw the best Figo, he appeared to be a rough, robust, slow player ... But once he is in the race, or he catches the ball he is a solid and mainly explosive player.
PACE
His explosive strength is based on his acceleration, his, well his in long spaces is enough, in short spaces he is lethal to detach from the rival.
DRIBBLING
Figo has a couple of traits that are very useful for his position; Stylish Player and Technical Dribbler, personally I use a lot of dribbles on the wings (Berva-Spin, Croqueta, Cancels, Heel 2 Heel, etc.) And I think that his animation is not the fastest in the game, if we compare it with Hazard RTTF, but for a natural extreme they are enough, without more.
If you use a lot of contextual agile dribbling to stick to the baseline and then give an assist, Figo is ideal for you.
His statistics are misleading, because he has always controlled perfectly and he usually makes his dribbles successfully 95% of the times that he requires it.
The part that is most difficult for him is maintaining his balance after a strong crash (although his strength helps him) and defining precisely in high pressure situations, due to his low composure.
I don't think that putting a Motor chemistry style on it is so necessary in this case, but it could be if my formation was a 4-4-2 and I needed me to attend more than it defines.
SHOOTING
You will always find Figo well positioned and ready to stand out and be incisive, regularly scoring 10 chances, Figo will score 8 or 9, because with a Halcón chemistry style, you have the shooting power and the necessary definition not to fail, plus the outdoor shooting trait helps him a lot.
Likewise, if he receives a cross, generally it will be a goal, either from a volley or a header (a point that I will deal with later).
Perhaps what I have used the least is his long shot, which promises to be very powerful, as he has statistics and traits that help him a lot, as well as his free kicks, although to be honest, I have not had so many occasions to give a verdict.
The only mechanic that I have not found perfect in this section is that he does not have the shooting feature in place, because I like to cut in and finish this way. It has not failed me, but it does not give me confidence to make this shot, so I prefer to try to define with the left foot or with the outside.
DEFENDING
He is aggressive, but do not expect him to go down a lot to help the team, since his role is based on the offensive game.
His header is accurate.
PASSING
Figo has a unique ability to get the best possible crosses into the game, which is why he is an excellent assister, and he also has enough vision to find his teammates.
He has given a lot of assists from corners and free throws, so I am delighted with this section.
Although he does not have the Game Build trait, I recommend that you also try him as an CAM, as he has everything you need to play and make your team play.
PHYSICAL
He doesn't have the highest stamina in the game, but he can play hard for at least 90 minutes.
His strength helps her a lot in conjunction with his bodytipe to resist attacks from rivals and retain the ball.
He doesn't have the best jump in the game, but he can win some clearance from the goalkeeper, although I haven't finished with him headlong in a situation where he needs to jump.
He is the perfect outfield player, he misses no stats, his pace is insane - dribbling perfect, passing too perfection. Strong, powerful and clinical shots. Outside foot shots are insanely good, All he misses is my most important stats; 5* sm and 5* wf. I am a skiller so I find i enjoy the game 2x as much with a 5* sm player within my team. However with this god you cannot not have him in your team. Like i said, he is perfect. BTW i recommend an engine for if you're playing him as a winger and a hawk if you're playing him st. Sorry the video isn't amazing, I've already done my rivals and fut champs and needed to complete bamford, soooo yeah - enjoy :)

Let me ask you a question. Have you ever wanted to love a player in Fifa 21? But no matter how much you want to love them, you just can excuse the poor performances that the player produces?
Yes? Well... me too. Luis Figo is my perfect example for this you see.
High / Low Work rates, well rounded stats and 400k, what could possibly go wrong?
In my Youtube Review I used him for 3 games. Figo had 4 goals and 0 assists (2 goals were pens)
At the time of writing this review, I have now used him for 12 games and he has amassed 6 goals and 2 assists.
I have listed my pros and cons down below :
Pace - Luis Figo feels incredibly quick, especially for a player that is 5'11 in height. Manually trigger a run for him to get in behind the defence and he will out pace many wing backs and central defenders.
Shooting - Arguably my favourite stat on PIM Figo's card. If you want a rough idea of how his shots feel and execute, then I would say he is extremely similar to Ronaldo 92 (CR7). No matter if you use his laces or the side of his foot, he will rifle it into the back of the net.
Passing - I have to say, he very rarely, if at all, misplaced a pass. No matter if he was on the wings or in the centre of the field. Very consistent.
Physical - This is a deceptive stat you see. Figo, similar to CR7, is able to hold off defenders remarkably well. This most likely comes down to his average body type and 5'11 height. Because one thing's for sure - 80 strength and 78 aggression isn't what allows him to hold off the likes of Tapsoba, Kimmich and other defensive powerhouses. Granted, he won't hold them off forever, however, he will offer you just enough time to re-evaluate your next move.
Dribbling - Now we are entering difficult territory. 94 face card stat for dribbling... hmmm... I'd have to disagree. As you will see in my video review, he isn't very responsive. Intricate maneuvers feel impossible with this card. You have to preempt every movement when going up against defenders. If you don't, Figo will feel useless. The best way I could describe it is like having 1 second delay in-game. You enter the ball roll or body feint and your thumb has already left the stick before the skill move has been executed.
Movement and Positioning - Now these were hugely disappointing. High / Low Work rates are a huge eye catcher when I look at attacking players. I know they'll be good for counter attacks and quick passes up field. Figo on the other hand, Figo doesn't quite follow the same expectations of a player with H / L Work rates. Figo can often be seen doing literally nothing. No movement, nothing, nada. So I decided to slap the get in-behind instruction on for him. nope. no change.
As for positioning... ohhh boy. I'm convinced he plays poker with the ball boys for the majority of the game. I feel like I'm playing with 10 men for large portions of the game due to his lack lustre positioning. Whenever he was available, I had to work to get him the ball. (Does that make sense?) 93 Positioning? Please, "why you always lying?"
And last, but certainly not least... His body type. Average. Both literally and figuratively speaking. I'm a firm believer that body type makes or breaks a card in Fifa 21. As for the average body type, it's very lackluster. It doesn't provide much in value but certainly takes away from many different players in this year's instalment. I believe the average body type is the main reason as to why his dribbling and movement is so poor. And it's a shame! Because no matter what, you can't do anything about it!
Overall, Luis Figo Prime Icon Moments is not worth the 400k price tag. I would say he is worth 250-300k MAX. There are many better alternatives now that are available.
